It aims to be parallel to the likes of Youtube and Facebook in near future. Position & Duration: Manager HR (1st Sept, 2011 till date) Key Responsibility Areas: HR Set up: Being a startup, responsible to set up the entire HR framework. Talent Acquisition: Picking the best of the talent from the market that can grow along with the company. Managing the complete recruitment cycle by using cost effective measures. Includes, Job analysis, Job descriptions & KRAs, Sourcing, Interviewing, Salary Negotiations and offer management. Induction & Orientation: Ensuring completion of joining formalities, on boarding of employees, incorporation of complete employee data into HRIS, Bank account opening, Mediclaim addition, employee code creation. Policies & Processes: preparing the standard policies for smooth functioning of the company. Drafting standard operating procedures for most used tasks. Position & Duration: Assistant Manager HR (Mar 16th, 2010 th Aug 30 , 2011) Key Responsibility Areas: Manpower Planning & Business Partnering: Gauging the need for manpower in a particular department, Job Analysis, Job Description, Costing, Manpower Requisition Forms and Approvals. Recruitments: Consultants, Job Fairs, Print ad, Walk-ins, Campus Recruitments, etc. (Starting from sourcing, preliminary interviews to Salary negotiations). Induction & Orientation: On boarding of employees, handling initial fears, joining formalities, PF, ESI formalities, Bank Account opening, etc. Policies & Processes: after the market survey for best policies prevalent, drafting & taking approval for all the policies, Setting up & streamlining the processes. Starting up with HR Dashboards, market benchmarking, vision building, etc. PMS: Handling PMS for the entire organization, based on tasks, management by objectives, and competency framework. Conceptualized & designed questionnaires to check the learning level of SAP throughout the organization and further training recommendations. Redesign of Induction Manual keeping in mind the Companys Mission & Vision.

Designed an Ideal Rewards & Recognition Policy to be implemented after company will reach its break-even point. Reduced the size of Application Blank from 8 pages to 5 pages covering everything that was missing earlier (APPROVED).
