The Norwich YMCA Board of Directors arid Hoard ol Trustees have approve*! thp pun-hase of a Nautilus System for the Norwich "Y." 'I'he Norwich YMCA Nautilus Center wilt consist ot 15 Nautilus exercise machines, two computerized Life-cycles, four car diovascular exercise e<)uipment, and professionally trained staff. The YMCA Nautilus Center will he staffed at all times by trained exercise personnel. Instructors will take memtXTX through their first workouts and will organize and monitor their program to mtMM, the individual members' neds and goals. Nautilus s a nrvolutionary fitness system of unique exercise machines,

Nautilus will help the user ton* tip. trim down, strengthen or build the t>wiy. depending upon each personal goal and the workout designed by th trained instructors. It is designed to assist with weight control apd will contribute to overall health and wellbeing. Nautilus is easy and fast, workouts for total body development can be completed in 30 minutes, three time weekly. Nautilus is a beneficial exercse program for any adult in reasonably good health, based on the individual program by the staff and member. The Norwich YMGA. Nautilu* Center will open sometime in the middle of August.
