DELIVERY METHODS
WEB DELIVERY The normal method of delivering EASERA, EASERA Pro, SysTune, SysTune Pro and their associated modules is by download from a secure website. You will need a high speed (cable modem, DSL or better) internet connection capable of handling a 120 MB program download. HARD COPY DELIVERY Program CDs and a printed Tutorial manual are available for a nominal fee ($35.00) plus shipping charges. (Import duties, local taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.) For shipments within the USA allow $7.50 for UPS Ground and $35.00 for overnight service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LICENSING POLICY EASERA, EASERA Pro, SysTune and SysTune Pro are open format software programs intended for use by acoustical consultants, design engineers, contractors, sound technicians and others engaged in the design, installation, or analysis of electro-acoustic systems. The programs are available to all individuals and organizations engaged in the foregoing activities with no restrictions. LICENSES The license fees for SysTune and SysTune Pro cover installing the program on a single PC; license fees for EASERA, & EASERA Pro allow use on two PCs.. Owners of licenses may add additional user keys for the prices shown on the previous page. Use of the software programs is ongoing with no fixed termination or renewal date. There is no annual or bi-annual renewal fee. EASERA, EASERA Pro, SysTune and SysTune Pro licenses are subject to all the normal laws and restrictions governing the use and sale of software. Details are provided with the software or are available in advance on request. The initial license fee covers and includes: 1. The complete software package. 2. A complete Tutorial manual. (Available for download in PDF form on the Renkus-Heinz website, www.renkus-heinz.com, or as a printed document if ordered separately). 3. Ongoing e-mail, telephone or fax software support. COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS EASERA and SysTune run under Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems on PC's with a minimum graphics resolution of 800 x 600 (SysTune 960 by 720); 1100 x 850 resolution is preferred. Windows 95 and Windows NT are not supported and Windows ME (Millennium) is not recommended. Minimum requirements are a machine with 256 MB or more of RAM, 1 GHz or higher clock speed and at least 2 gigabyte or more of hard disk space (EASERA requires a minimum of 120 MB of hard disk space.) Faster, higher than 1 GHz clock speeds and larger 512 MB or even larger RAMs are highly recommended for advanced users. EASERA and SysTune require a sound card with a line input to do basic measurements. Detailed information about the essential sound hardware properties needed by EASERA, EASERA Pro, SysTune and SysTune Pro is available on our web site, www.renkus-heinz.com, and on AFMG's websites, http://easera.afmg.eu & http://systune.afmg.eu.
