Much of the e-signature market either already in or moving to SaaS/cloud A typical enterprise:
Doesnt have the e-signature workflow pieces in place Has spent (lots of) money on products/solutions that address the other life cycle stages

The build or buy and vendor selection decisions can be agonizing

How to meet all enterprise needs and still integrate the functionality into whats already there? One remedy is to procure the e-signature workflow management piece separately, and the service model is an option

A typical SMB has less difficulty here

Also more willing to procure e-signatures as a service
