This is because, Lagos State i s the commercial hub of the country a nd it hosts the most number of the World class shopping malls in Nigeria. Abuja is the Capital of Nigeria; it also houses a substantial amount of malls. There a re a few other world class shopping malls in the others states especially states li e ano, Cross river, etc. However, they are usually one in each state; so it is important that i group them as a single unit.
