EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The objective of this research is to analyze the feasibly of the cafeteria of Iq ra University North Nazimabad Campus (IUNC). To analyze the current status of th e quality of facilities at IUNC cafeteria, how much students are satisfied with it what other facilities they like to have in it. For this research, the population is all the students of IUNC who use or who are aware about the facility of IUNC cafetaria. The subjects are students of all th e semesters and programs of IUNC and teachers as well. When it comes to sampling , we used Simple Random Sampling Method. Sample size for our study is 100 studen ts of IUNC. I did Conclusive Research and in conclusive research I did Descripti ve study. The data collection method used in the research project is Primary dat a. I faced certain limitations during my research. They were Time limitation, bu dget limitation and non-response error. Other things that we included in our report are complete analysis of the data th at we gathered through research and its findings and finally result and conclusi on for our research.

INTRODUCTION PURPOSE: The purpose of this report is to study the feasibility of Quality Service for Iqra Nazimabad Caf. The quality the caf currently providing is not according to the re quired standard. So we conducted a research to find out how much the students ar e satisfied with the quality of the caf and what are the things that must be impr oved in order to bring its quality to a required standard. SCOPE: The scope of our report includes detailed analysis about the following informati on applicable to our university caf: Effectiveness of the current facilities and the hygienic condition of the caf and how it can be improved further. Research conducted through an online questionnaire from the students of the Iqra University Nazimabad and its thorough analysis using SPSS Will it or will it not change the consistent brand image of Iqra University Nazi mabad? In this report, we have not discussed the cost that will incur in implementing t he changes of the facilities and other things in order to bring it to the requir ed standards. METHOD SAMPLING DESIGN: Sampling design includes the following elements: Population: Students of Iqra University North Nazimabad Campus Sampling Frame: It covers all students who use cafeteria facilities at Iqra University of North Nazimabad. Sampling Method: We used simple random sampling method n conducting this research report Sampling Size: Sample size for our study is 100 students who use or who are aware of the facili ties of the caf.

Sampling Plan: In order to collect the sample we posted our questionnaire on facebook, sent lin k of the online questionnaire to the students and we individually went to them a s well to conduct the research. RESEARCH DESIGN TYPE OF RESEARCH: The type of research used in this study is Conclusive Research Conclusive research refers to method used when a researcher wants to arrive at s ome consequences not to enhance his or her area of knowledge. This research also helps in enhancing knowledge but the main purpose behind the study is to reach at a particular conclusion. In this study I used conclusive research in order to conclude that whether the cafeteria of the IUNC providing standard quality serv ice and facilities or not. Descriptive study In descriptive study I described the variables like are they satisfied with the space of the cafeteria or not?, Are they satisfied with the quality of food or n ot?, do they want central air-condition in cafeteria or not? Are they satisfied with the price set by the cafeteria management or not? and so on. UNIT OF ANALYSIS:

Unit of analysis refers to the level of aggregation of the data collected during the subsequent data analysis stage Unit of analysis in this study is individual . We filled out the questionnaire from the individuals who are conveniently avai lable for the specific purpose mentioned above. TIME HORIZON: The time horizon we used here is the cross-sectional studies, because we are con ducting study for one point in time. We gathered data just once in order to fill the questionnaire for the research purpose. SURVEY RESEARCH: A survey research has been conducted using a questionnaire. 100 respondents were selected for research purpose on the basis of simple random sampling and the re sponse from them has been analyzed and interpreted to come to conclusions about the research project. DATA COLLECTION The data collection method used in the research project is primary data only. Primary Data: In order to collect primary data I filled out questionnaires from students who use or who are aware of the facilities at IUNC cafeteria. LIMITATIONS: Time Budget No response Error
