The requested channel rate corresponding to the A interface circuit pool has not been defined on the A interface. The circuit type A is totally contradictory to the TCH channel rate requirement, or the data rate requirement implies a circuit pool change. The radio interface data rate requirement is totally contradictory to the A interface pool configuration. BSC has received either an Assignment Request or a Handover Request message containing speech codec versions none of w hich are supported by the BSC.
