AGREEMENT The leadership of the Social Liberal Union (USL) agrees, in principle, with the list of objectives put forward by the component entities of the National Civil Society Council (CNSC) through the Trade Union of Dismissed Military Staff (SCMD). As of July 18th, 2012, until the beginning of the parliamentary elections campaign, every point will be drawn up by common agreement in a final form, based on the discussions with the representatives of every structure of CNSC which proposed it. July 13th, 2012 ON BEHALF OF THE NATIONAL CIVIL SOCIETY COUNCIL IMMEDIATE OBJECTIVES . Letter A Point 2: Right to objective justice by banning the interference of the Executive and politicization of the justice act, the dismantling of Stalinist political police structures, and political instruments such as the Constitutional Court, ANI (n.r. the National Integrity Agency), DNA (n.r. the National Anticorruption Directorate), CNSAS, etc. Entrusting their responsibilities to the already existing state structures. Point 3: Right to correct parliamentary representation by cancelling the political police restrictions and lustrations, of the current infamous electoral system and banning parliamentary migration. Point 8: Giving up the administrative reform of counties. Letter B Point 5: Dissolution of the Social Dialogue Group and its replacement with a Civic Cultural and Spiritual Academic Council or CNSC with a view to stimulating the contact and dialogue between the Government and the Society.
