Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

The Lord has given us the revelation of spiritual warfare to this generation. The reality of the battle that we are involved in has been revealed by the Spirit of the Lord. The final generation of the Church Age will be the most militant Christians to have ever lived. This Army of the Lord is described by the Prophet Joel as, A people come great and strong, the likes of whom has never been (Joel 2:2). These people are the Army of the Lord (Joel 2:11). They are a people who have no fear of the enemy. Read Joel 2:1-11 and then determine to be one of these mighty men of the Lords Army. The Christian who does not learn to fight against Satans kingdom is destined to live a defeated life. This ought not be so, brethren. We are supposed to live the victorious Christian life. We are supposed to be more than conquerors and overcomers. However, we will not be overcomers unless we learn to fight the good fight of faith against our enemy (Satan). The weapons of our warfare are mighty because they are weapons that our God has given us. If we will use these weapons, then we shall obtain victory. The promise of the Lord is this: 2 Corinthians 2: 14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.

The purpose of this War Council material is to share with you the things the Lord has taught us about spiritual warfare. We have used these principles and found them to be very effective. We are not to be ignorant of Satans devices. If we understand how he works against us, then we can effectively defeat his schemes. Our prayer is that you would answer the call to join The Lords Army, and begin to live the victorious Christian life. The war that we find ourselves engaged in did not originate with us. It is a war in which we find ourselves having to choose sides in. The chief players are God and Satan. Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Isaiah 14: 12 "How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! 13 For you have said in your heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High. 15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit. 16 "Those who see you will gaze at you, And consider you, saying: Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms, 17 Who made the world as a wilderness And destroyed its cities, Who did not open the house of his prisoners? 18 "All the kings of the nations, All of them, sleep in glory, Everyone in his own house; 19 But you are cast out of your grave Like an abominable branch, Like the garment of those who are slain, Thrust through with a sword, Who go down to the stones of the pit, Like a corpse trodden underfoot. 20 You will not be joined with them in burial, Because you have destroyed your land And slain your people. Our area of authority includes our places of responsibility -- physical body, home, city, locality, and region. However, this war is universal, and we support the war effort in our state or province, nation, the world.

UNDERSTANDING THE WORD OF GOD ON WARFARE:

Oswald Chambers "The Bible holds man responsible for the introduction of Satan. Satan is the adversary of God in the rule of man. God does not deal with Satan direct, man must deal with Satan because man is responsible for his introduction. That is why God became Incarnate. Jesus Christ, the last Adam, took on human form, and it is through His seed in that human form that Satan is to be overcome."
A. God wants you free and has paid the price with the blood of Christ for that

freedom. Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
B. God has given us authority over the devil.

Luke 10:19 Behold I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me," Says the LORD. 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. 1 Timothy 1:18 This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare, Ephesians 6:10-18 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take

up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 2 Timothy 2:3-4 You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.

TAKE UP THE ROD:

I (Marsha) had a dream that I was wearing a snake as a hat with the idea that it would strike out at my enemies. Then, I saw myself in the mirror and took the snake off my head and let it go. At the end of the dream my plan was to find the snake and make a cane or rod out of it.

Meaning two-fold: First, my warfare cannot come off the top of my head (intellectually), but has to be done with authority.

And, this is Gods plan for every Christian. We suddenly wake up to the foolishness of carnality and come out of Egypt (the world) where the cobra (serpent) was worn on the foreheads of rulers as a symbol of protection from the enemy. It represented insight, a royal spirit, wisdom and healing. It represented their god, the Fiery Eye of

Ra. We cast the serpent of false religion and false protection down and take up the rod of authority. The Hebrew word for serpent is naw khash, which means divination.

When I had the dream I was thinking of Tutankhamen at the end of the dream, remembering that his mummy mask, made of gold, inlaid with lapis lazuli, carnelian, and turquoise, had the image of a cobra and a vulture. Then, I read these scriptures:

Exodus 1: 8 Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. 9 And he said to his people, "Look, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we; 10 "come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land." 11 Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh supply cities, Pithom and Raamses. That king was Ramses II, Pharaoh. Moses was raised in Pharaohs house (perhaps this kings father or grandfather, since Moses was already 80 years old) because his daughter found Moses in the ark in the river and took him as her own when he was three months old. Rameses was a treasure city built by the Israelites consisting of temples, shrines and other massive buildings. Pharaoh was the political and religious leader of the Egyptians. The Serpent: Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, You shall not eat of every tree of the garden ?"

Genesis 3:2 And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; Genesis 3:4 Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die. Genesis 3:13 And the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."

Exodus 4: 2 So the LORD said to him, "What is that in your hand?" He said, "A rod." 3 And He said, "Cast it on the ground." So he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from it. 4 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Reach out your hand and take it by the tail" (and he reached out his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand). Exodus 7: 9 "When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, Show a miracle for yourselves, then you shall say to Aaron, Take your rod and cast it before Pharaoh, and let it become a serpent." 10 So Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh, and they did so, just as the LORD commanded. And Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent. 11 But Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers; so the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. 12 For every man threw down his rod, and they became serpents. But Aarons rod swallowed up their rods. Exodus 14: 16 "But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

17 "And I indeed will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them. So I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, his chariots, and his horsemen. 18 "Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gained honor for Myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen."

21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. 22 So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. 23 And the Egyptians pursued and went after them into the midst of the sea, all Pharaohs horses, his chariots, and his horsemen. 24 Now it came to pass, in the morning watch, that the LORD looked down upon the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud, and He troubled the army of the Egyptians. 25 And He took off their chariot wheels, so that they drove them with difficulty; and the Egyptians said, "Let us flee from the face of Israel, for the LORD fights for them against the Egyptians." 26 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the sea, that the waters may come back upon the Egyptians, on their chariots, and on their horsemen." 27 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and when the morning appeared, the sea returned to its full depth, while the Egyptians were fleeing into it. So the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. 28 Then the waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen, and all the army of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them. Not so much as one of them remained.

29 But the children of Israel had walked on dry land in the midst of the sea, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. 30 So the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore.

That was the end of Pharoahs army! Israel was, up to that point, a community of slaves; now they were an army and Pharoah was defeated. The battle is the same for us we are the army of the Lord against Satans army. It is time to take up the rod of authority.

Authority:
Matthew 6: 13 And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen

Luke 9: 1 Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. 2 He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

Matthew 9: 6 "But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins" then He said to the paralytic, "Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house." 7 And he arose and departed to his house.

8 Now when the multitudes saw it, they marveled and glorified God, who had given such power to men.

Matthew 10: 1 And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.

Luke 24: 49 "Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high."

Acts 1: 8 "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

1 Corinthians 2: 4 And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. 6 However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9 But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."

10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

1 Corinthians 4: 20 For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power.

Ephesians 3: 20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

2 Timothy 3: 1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! We step into authority when we understand our power through Jesus Christ! SYMBOLS OF AUTHORITY:

Rod: staff, branch (of the Vine) the great weapon, the stick!

John 15: 4 "Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. 5 "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

Exodus 4: 2 So the LORD said to him, "What is that in your hand?" He said, "A rod." 3 And He said, "Cast it on the ground." So he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from it. 4 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Reach out your hand and take it by the tail" (and he reached out his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand).

Hand: strength, power, human ability. (partnership with God)

Exodus 4: 17 "And you shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs."

The rod was the extension of Gods hand through Moses to bring judgment on the enemy and freedom to Gods people. Apostolic Authority to establish Gods Word and be an instrument of His signs and wonders, to have victory over the enemy. Psalm 110:2 The LORD shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies. Isaiah 11:4 He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked.

Korahs Rebellion:

Number 17: 2-3 Speak to the children of Israel, and get from them a rod from each fathers house, all their leaders according to their fathers houses twelve rods. Write each mans name on his rod. And you shall write Aarons name of the rod of Levi. For there shall be one rod for the head of each fathers house. 5 And it shall be that the rod of the man whom I choose will blossom; thus I will rid Myself of the complaints of the children of Israel 8 Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses went into the tabernacle of witness, and behold, the rod of Aaron, of the house of Levi, had sprouted and put forth buds, had produced blossoms and yielded ripe almonds. 10 The LORD said to Moses, Bring Aarons rod back before the Testimony, to be kept as a sign against the rebels, that you may put their complaints away from Me, lest they die.

Scepter of the King, ruler, protector, authority (Esther was a type of the Bridal authority)

Esther 5:2 So it was, when the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court, that she found favor in his sight, and the king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. Then Esther went near and touched the top of the scepter. Esther 8:4 And the king held out the golden scepter toward Esther. So Esther arose and stood before the king.

God has also given us the gifts of the Spirit for ministry and to use against the devil:

And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. Deliverance The Short Version:

Jesus gave His life that you could be free; He came to set the captives free. What we do when we need deliverance from the enemy's attack is repent for opening the door to the enemy and then command the demons to go. Repent for fear...confess all of your fear before the Lord and ask Him to forgive you for entertaining this demon. Then, get a hold of it and cast it out. Make it go by the strength of your will.

Repent for rebellion...confess it and ask God to forgive you. Then, cast out a deaf and dumb spirit, you can identify it by the confusion it brings to your mind. Repent for rejection (receiving rejection and for rejecting others)...confess it and ask for forgiveness. Then, cast out a spirit of the antichrist--this spirit is against everything that is pure and holy. Repent for unforgiveness...confess all unforgiveness and ask God to forgive you and then release and forgive everyone who has hurt you or come against you in any way. Then, cast out a spirit of infirmity which keeps you hopeless, helpless, disabled, unable, sick, etc. Repent for resentment...confess all areas of resentment and ask the Lord to forgive you and release you. Then, cast out a spirit of jealousy. Repent for witchcraft...confess your desires and efforts to control others through your attitudes and behavior. If you have ever been involved in the occult, even reading horoscopes, playing with ouija boards, or anything else, repent and ask the Lord to forgive you. Then, cast out a spirit of divination. Repent for pride. Cast out a haughty spirit. Repent for hypocrisy and deception. Cast out a lying spirit that has caused you to live in fantasy. Repent for idolatry...confess all areas where you have put people or things ahead of God. Then, cast out a spirit of harlotry. Repent for lust, whether sexual lust or greed or desire for approval and attention. Then, cast out unclean spirits. These usually come in groups, so make them all go. Repent for defilement for the ungodly places you've been, things you've seen, heard or read. Repent for entertaining pornography and all that goes with it. Then, cast

out a perverse spirit. Repent for bitterness and addictions. Release all hurt and injury from the past and ask God to forgive you for being a victim of life's circumstances instead of taking your proper position of being victorious in Christ. Then, cast out a spirit of bondage. Repent for discontentment. Cast out a seducing spirit that has seduced you into wrong attitudes and behavior. Repent for depression, discouragement, disappointment. Cast out a spirit of heaviness. Repent for laziness, procrastination, a desire to die, for wanting to give up, etc. Then, cast out a spirit of lethargy and death. Now, ask the Lord to fill all the empty places with His precious Holy Spirit and forbid those demon spirits to come back. Then, you MUST keep the doors of your flesh closed, i.e. don't entertain the things that you repented of again. Stay clean. Feed yourself on the Word of God; stay in prayer; turn from all evil.

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit. Matthew 16:18-19 "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." We cannot fight what we cannot face! Fight where you are kingdom position is obedience and right choices more than physical location. Its not enough to build the kingdom; we must also fight against the enemy. Nehemiah 4:17 Those who built on the wall, and those who carried burdens, loaded themselves so that with one hand they worked at construction, and with the other held a weapon. Nehemiah 4:18 Every one of the builders had his sword girded at his side as he built. And the one who sounded the trumpet was beside me. Jesus defeated Satan in every circumstance as He went preaching the gospel, healing the sick, casting out demons, and raising the dead. We are His body and will do these works and greater. John 14:12 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.

OUR OWN SPIRIT:

We can hold others in bondage by our expectations of them. This can be the case if we want someone to change or become or do something apart from their will. If they wanted to change, they would already be moving in that direction! This can happen even when someone asks us to pray over a specific situation. The most difficult situation is when we hold others in bondage because of our worry over them or our fear for their safety and well-being.

This also has to do with sowing and reaping. Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked;

for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. We cant blame everything on the devil!

The effect of our human spirits on others: Curseto bring contempt or dishonor. Ecclesiastes 7:21-22 Also do not take to heart everything people say, lest you hear your servant cursing you. For many times, also, your own heart has known that even you have cursed others.

Leviticus 19:14 'You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shall fear your God: I am the LORD.

Job 31:30 Indeed I have not allowed my mouth to sin By wishing a curse to his soul;

Psalm 62:3 How long will you attack a man? You shall be slain, all of you, Like a leaning wall and a tottering fence. Psalm 62:4 They only consult to cast him down from his high position; They delight in lies; They bless with their mouth, But they curse inwardly. Selah

Our human spirits are not confined to our bodies: 2 Ki 5:26 Then he (Elisha) said to him (Gehazi), "Did not my heart go with you when the man turned back from his chariot to meet you? This was in response to Gehazi getting stuff from Naaman after he was healed of leprosy.

John 1:48 Nathanael said to Him, "How do You know me?" Jesus answered and said to him, "Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you." John 1:49 Nathanael answered and said to Him, "Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!" John 1:50 Jesus answered and said to him, "Because I said to you, 'I saw you under the fig tree,' do you believe? You will see greater things than these." 1 Corinthians 5:5 For I indeed, as absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged (as though I were present) him who has so done this deed. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, along with my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Our obsession or intervention (by our human spirits) into the lives of others almost certainly will produce oppression. Judges 2:18 And when the LORD raised up judges for them, the LORD was with the judge and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for the LORD was moved to pity by their groaning because of those who oppressed them and harassed them. (Oppressed: forced, crushed, afflicted, squeezed, pressed, pressured. Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow. Isaiah 3:5 The people will be oppressed, Every one by another and every one by his neighbor; The child will be insolent toward the elder, And the base toward the honorable."

We need to examine and distinguish between what is flesh, human spirit, evil spirit or Holy Spirit. Those that we hold in bondage by expectations or desire for them to change need to be released. This is akin to witchcraft. In marriage, children, parents, friendships, those in leadership positions. This can certainly happen when they share their trouble, and we want them fixed. God is able; we are not. We have to bear the burdens of others in intercession to the Lord and release them.

Galatians 6:2-3 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

DEALING WITH CURSES:

Curse qalal kaw-lal Curse, despise, to be lightly esteemed, to make despicable, to treat with contempt or dishonor. We begin our lives under the curse of God because of the sin of Adam and Eve. Until we come under the blessing of the second Adam, Jesus Christ, we live under this curse, separated from God.

Deuteronomy 11: 26-28 "Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse: the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you today; and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside from the way which I command you today, to go after other gods which you have not known.

Job 31:30 Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul.

Psalm 62:4 They only consult to cast him down from his excellency; they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly.

Proverbs 26:2 As a bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come. However, we think that the curse cannot come unless we deserve it, but the cause can be the open door of someones offense and anger against us. These curses send a demonic attack against us.

Ecclesiastes 10:20 Curse not the king, no not in thy thought, and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber; for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which has wings shall tell the matter.

Matthew 5:44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you and persecute you.

Things you need to know about curses: 1. There is a cause for every curse (Proverbs 26:2 and Deuteronomy 28:1, 2, 15) 2. Sin is the gateway for a curse 3. Curses require spiritual action 4. Where sin remains, the curse remains 4. Power of the curse is demonic (Galatians 3:10) 5. The Law provided no remedy for curses, but Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law. 6. Redemption is appropriated by faith

In identifying curses consider evil words spoken against you, evil words you have spoken against others, and evil words spoken against yourself. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me," Says the LORD.

Breaking curses: 1. Identify the curse (who initiated it and where, if you know). Start with childhood until now and list more particularly those who have held grudges or affected you most intensely. The curse could be fear, insanity, rejection, poverty and greed, jealousy, division and divorce, lust and perversion, infirmity, bondage (drugs, alcohol, etc.), deception, fantasy, dishonesty, religion. Affirm your relationship with Jesus Christ. Repent of all sins (known and unknown) Accept Gods forgiveness and forgive yourself. Forgive others, bless them and release them to God for His forgiveness and blessing. Renounce all contact with whatever opened the door, i.e. associations with cults, occult or false religion. Break the curse: Father, I forgive those who have cursed me; I bless and release them to You for Your forgiveness and mercy. Satan, I break and negate this curse and assignment; I tear down strongholds and command every force of darkness to flee now in the name of Jesus. Then, Lord, I ask that healing and restoration would flow where there has been damage done by this attack, and I give You all glory and honor and praise. AMEN Shut the door that was opened through this attack: Satan, this curse has been broken; you have no legal right to sustain this attack; I command you to leave, and I shut the door against you in the name of Jesus. Cast the demon out! Proclaim breakthrough! Prophesy and speak victory where there has been defeat. Claim Gods blessing, mercy, favor and grace.

DEALING WITH GENERATIONAL CURSES:

Deuteronomy 30:19 "I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live.

Exodus 34:7 "keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the childrens children to the third and the fourth generation." Four generations consist of 30 ancestors and their sins that opened the door to generational curses!

Sins Which Result in Curses:

Deuteronomy 28: 15 "But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: 16 "Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the country. 17 "Cursed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. 18 "Cursed shall be the fruit of your body and the produce of your land, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. 19 "Cursed shall you be when you come in, and cursed shall you be when you go out. 20 "The LORD will send on you cursing, confusion, and rebuke in all that you set your hand to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, because of the wickedness of your doings in which you have forsaken Me.

Malachi 2: 1 "And now, O priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name," Says the LORD of hosts, "I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart. 3 "Behold, I will rebuke your descendants And spread refuse on your faces, The refuse of your solemn feasts; And one will take you away with it.

Malachi 3: 7 Yet from the days of your fathers You have gone away from My ordinances And have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you," Says the LORD of hosts. "But you said, In what way shall we return? 8 "Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, In what way have we robbed You? In tithes and offerings. 9 You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation. 10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this," Says the LORD of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. 11 "And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field," Says the LORD of hosts.

Matthew 18: 34 "And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him.

35 "So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses."

2 Timothy 3: 1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

Revelation 21:8 "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

When Gods conditions are met, demons have no right to stay.

Breaking Generational Curses: 1. You have to look at and identify the curse to get free. 2. Confess your own past and present sins and the sins of your forefathers. 3. Forgive your ancestors and ask God to forgive them and you. 4. Command the demons (familiar spirits) to go in the name of Jesus. 5. Declare the curse broken, and proclaim the blessing. 6. Ask the Lord to command a blessing.

Deuteronomy 28:8 "The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
