Introduction
The technology today plays a very important role in our society. It lessens error of work

by using machines.

It makes us work easier and faster and reduces costs to an organization

from paper works up to computerized working system. Many manual transactions can be computerized by using software applications or computer systems to make work easier. Nowadays, computer based system is commonly used by every company and institution and one of this is Computerized Enrollment System. Computerized Enrollment System serves as a vital part of a school for easy and convenient way of enrolling a student. Halapitan SDA Elementary School is privately managed. Their enrollment system on the said school is still in manual. The manual enrollment system was too slow and too difficult for the school to manage thousands of records of the students and at the same time, it is too difficult for the student to wait and stand for a long time just to be enrolled because of their manual process. This study aims to come up with a Computerized Enrollment system for Halapitan SDA Elementary School. The system will be designed for the use of staff to enable them to produce information required by different people in a fastest and easiest way. T h e s y s t e m w i l l m a k e t h e w o r k o f f a c u l t y a n d s t a f f f a s t e r , e a s i e r a n d m o r e comprehensive. The Enrollment System will also store the profile of the students such as name, section, schedule and fees paid. The system will allow the printing of receipts easily. The system unit must have at least 1 Gigabyte of Random Access Memory, 160 Gigabytes hard drive disk, with Windows XP Operating System, Microsoft Access and Visual basic 6.0.

Project Specifications Computerized Enrollment System includes relevant information such as name, section, miscellaneous fees, etc. This system is design for the use of the staff enables them to produce information required by different people.

2.1

Statement of the Objectives of the System 2.1.1 General Objectives To come up with a functional enrollment system that will allow users to fill up and submit forms such as the registration, payment and enrollment forms in the comforts of the in house facility and also allow the administrators to keep track and maintain information about the data that was gathered from the submitted forms. To identify the purpose of the system and to run a system that is efficient and reliable to both administrators and users.

Specific Objectives To create lists of those currently enrolled and registered students; To store collected information from the forms and those entered by the administrator; To update/modify information and stored; To view entries and names of registered and enrolled students; To search specific information or names; and To view lists from Current Students and Registered Students.

2.2 Scope and Delimitation 2.2.1 Scope of the System This study aims to develop an enrolment system for Halapitan SDA Elementary School. 2.2.2 Delimitation of the System It limits to store the data of the pupils (First name, Last name, Middle initial, and section).The use of the system is limited to school registrar only, status of the pupils (grade level, unpaid accounts), and print related reports.
