Valve Tag Nos: 301-FV-2728 A, 301-TV-1057, 131-FV-3023A, 141-TV-0061B, 301-FV-1119A, 301FV-2002, 131-TV-2021, 141-PV-0040, 131-PDV-2040B, 301-FV-3030, 131-PV-1001A, 131-LV2001, 131-LV-4007, 131-LV-1009, 301-PV-2014B & 301-FV-2016-16 Valves out of 117 offered Valves, on DTD 30th Dec, 2011. Painting inspection on External surface after Primer and Final Coat Application as per required Coating Systems (A, M and N Etc.). All the Pressure Containing parts Verified with MTC traceable to the Heat#, by part, and data sheets were reviewed and same were checked including and on the name plates. Witnessed Packing for Control panels including Flange Faces for the Entire Valve assembly and ensured packing protection to avoid ingress of dust , moisture and debris Etc.

Painting & Coating inspection of the Valves on External surface after Satisfactory Primer and Final Coat Application as per required Coating Systems. Visual inspection of the Valves after Primer coat & Final Coat application was carried out and found satisfactory. Calibration of the measuring instrument was verified. Paint certificates were reviewed.

WPS/PQR Approval-Welding was not involved so far. Vendor will utlize if required for repair work. But the WPS/PQR has not been provided. Approval for Tubing & Fittings Material TP 316 used instead of TP 316L required as per JERMS J-4711. This deviates Para 2.1, SATORP approval is required. Notice for Change of Inspector is not Provided. The Inspector Mr. Arafat`s CV is not in the backup IAP list and is not approved by SATORP for the said WO#079.
