INTRODUCTION Nikan Group of Companies


Nikan Group is an Iranian group of companies that is active in Transportation sector and trade and is one of sister company of Azersun Holding in Azerbaijan, Intersun holding in dubai , Etsun trading in Turkey and IKRA transportation in Turkey which are all family companies. The group consist of 5 transportation companies which are Nikan Tarabar active in road transportation, Pakan Tarabar is active in transit of Oil and petroleum, SWAP and Oil shipping, Nikaranan Savalan is a carrier company, Aghri Bar a warehouse located in Bazargan and carry out custom clearance and indoor transportation, Ocean Voice Shipping located in Dubai, is a shipping forwarding company and other companies like Nikan Trade established in Iraq doing trade of FMCG goods and NeginSabz in agricultural and Dairy cattle sector. Among mentioned companies Ocean Voice Shipping L.L.C is a strong Freight Forwarding Company, has its headquartered in Tehran and has important operations in Iraq, Turkey and Azerbaijan. The Company activities include the transport of Iranian imports and exports, in addition to inbound and outbound transit cargo. Recently the company has strengthened its infrastructure in terms of technology and service that are underline as below:
Rail Transport

Implemented ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in the Iranian forwarding and transport sector. A fleet of 30 new Mercedes truck-trailers and some 150 oil tanker semi-trailers Encompass more than 700 contracted Truck trailers that are doing services especially to Azerbaijan and Iraq border. Implemented online customer service portal so that customer can easily track their goods and other required information. Have online GPS system 25000 square meters Terminal and 3500 square meters warehouse with all other facilities and services such as Restaurant and quest house. Its staff consists of 120 people, most of whom have received professional training, such as Fiata and IRU courses

Nikan Tarabar is a member of Fiata, IRU and the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines and has branches in most of Iran border

Ocean Voice Shipping Company is one of the sister company of Nikan Group in Dubai. The company started its activity in 1996. One of the significant reason that Ocean Voice has launched its activity in Dubai is because of the fact that Dubai is a strategic hub in middle east and Ocean Voice is acting as a hub for the Nikan Group of companies in order to interface and communicate easily with trader and importer to provide door to door service and lower customer risk in the region. The companys main activity is coordinating any type of containers that are shipped to Middle East and CIS countries, also arrange cargos that are imported, exported and re-exported from Dubai to other countries.
