You will presently be delegated to work in RIGEL division. This offer is subject to you being found medically 9physically and mentally fit) and subject to following terms and conditions: 1. Date of Appointment: You appointment will be effective from AUGUST 1, 2011 and you will be based at ANANTAPUR. 2. Probation Period : (a) You will be on probation for a period of SIX MONTHS. The period of your probation may however be extended at the discretion of the Company. (b) On completion of probation, you may be confirmed in permanent employment, in writing, if your performance during the period of probation is found to be satisfactory. If however no letter is issued confirming your services, it should be considered that the period of probation has been extended. 3. 4. In addition to the above, you will receive the following benefits : (a) Leave Travel Assistance (LTA) : On completion of twelve months service, you will be eligible to receive LTA equivalent to FIFTEEN DAYS Basic Salary. The payment will be subject to the Company rules and the Income Tax Act. (b) Provident Fund (PF) : You will participate in the Companys Provident Fund Scheme, which is operated through the Regional PF Office. You shall contribute an amount equal to the current rate of 12% of your Basic Salary to the Fund entailing an equal contribution from the Company. (c) Bonus : You will be eligible to receive the Bonus as per the payment of Bonus Act. (d) Gratuity : You will be eligible to the Gratuity according to the rules governing the payment of Gratuity Act. (e) Medical Allowance : If you are not covered under the Employee State Insurance Scheme (ESIS), you will be provided Medical Allowance equivalent to one months Basic Salary but subject to your production of medical receipts. As regards payment, Company may on its sole discretion decide on the mode and timing of payment e.g., quarterly and half yearly. (f) Group Mediclaim Policy : You will be covered under the Companys Group Mediclaim Policy from 1st of next month subject to the terms and conditions set out in such Mediclaim Policy. 5. Field Allowance (Applicable to Field Personnel only): Since you will be working in the field as a TECHNICAL SALES OFFICER, following working allowance will apply : (a) Working Allowances: You will be entitled to the following Daily Working Allowance towards Conveyance and Living Expenses while traveling on Companys business.

Outstation Rs.210/NIL

No allowance will be paid on holiday or when you are absent for work. (b) Fares: In addition to the above, you will be entitled for reimbursement of actual fare incurred in traveling from one town to another within your assigned territory and in accordance with the approved travel plan. Company will not be this purpose shall mean:

(i) Actual bus fare or second-class train fare for journeys undertaken for the performance of your duty. (ii) Fare will be Rs.1.50/Km while working in ex-station and outstation over a distance above 30 kms (single side) subject to approved Standard Itinerary. 6. Termination : Your service may be terminated : (a) During the period of probation without any notice or compensation in lieu thereof. (b) On confirmation, by giving one months notice on either side or payment of salary in lieu of such notice. However your services are liable to be terminated without anynotices in case of disobedience, disloyalty, dishonesty, continued non-achievement of sales, indiscipline, negligence of duty, irregular attendance, false reporting and unspecified reasons which turns out to misconduct. (c) On cessation of employment for whatever reasons, in the case field personnel, the final settlement of account will be done only after you obtain at our own cost and send to us the N.O.C. from stockests from your territory and also return the properties of the Company in your possession. In case you fail to return the properties of the Company, the settlement will be done after deducation of follpwing amounts (as applicable) from the amount due to you: (i) (ii) (iii) A sum of Rs.3,000/- towards promotional items, printed materials and stationary. Payment towards unutilized samples not returned to Company calculated at rate of Rs.5,000/- per month subject to maximum of Rs.15,000/- for three months cycle. In case you leave the Company during the probation, in addition to the above, you will be liable to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- to the Company as compensation for ecruitment and training expenses.

7. General : (a) Abandonment : If for a period of eight consecutive days you absent yourself without prior sanction or extend the sanctioned leave for 8 consecutive working days, you shall be deemed to have abandoned your employment voluntarily and voluntarily terminating your services with the Company. (b) During your employment, you will not indulge in any including financial transactions with wholesalers/retailers which will be prejudiced or be detrimental to the interest of the Company nor will you engage in any other training/study, profession/employment or business, without permission of the Management in writing. (c) Transfer of Services: It must be clearly undestood that your services are transferable to any part of India depending upon the exigencies of work. Refusal to move to the new location will automatically terminate the service with the Company.

(d) You will be entirled for leave, ESI, PF and other benefits according to the rules of the Company now in force and framed or reviewed from time to time. (e) You date of birth asrecorded by the Company on the basis of documentary evidence produced by you at the time of your appointment is JUNE 14, 1982. You are requested to take note that this date will be considered as the authenticated date of birth for all purposes throughout your service with the Company and will not be changed under any circumstances. (f) As per the policy of the Company, the age for supernnuation is 58 years and you will superannuated then subject of course to you continuously maintaining good health and being medically fit. (g) You shall intimate to the Company any change in the address as well as travel status. On communications sent to you in the normal course of the addressgiven by you shall be deemed to have been received by you.
8. Jurisdiction : Any dispute arising of the employment will be Bangalore Jurisdiction. This Appointment Letter is issued in duplicate. Please sign and return one copy of this letter to the Human Resources Department.
