A Salute to the House and Senate Energy and Commerce Committees

It started in 1996 at Wrigley Field. Since then we have taken batting practice for charity at Dodger Stadium, Fenway Park, Coors Field, and the Minneapolis Metrodome. Join us in August for this convention tradition as we take the eld for batting, elding and socializing at Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays. Meet baseball legends and enjoy a day at the air-conditioned ballpark during Republican National Convention week in Tampa. Proceeds to Benet the Rays Baseball Foundation which awards grants to various community groups including the Boys and Girls Club of Plant City and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Sun Coast.

The Grand Slam Package - $50,000

This is the presenting package A Salute to House and Senate E&C presented by: your organizations name here. This package also includes 50 all inclusive batting tickets plus 100 general admission tickets, of which food and beverage concessions and tours are all a part. 10 of the batting tickets will be labeled VIP and participants will be invited to a special batting session before the ofcial start of the event. Grand Slam sponsors will be given top billing on advertising and promotional materials including signage, invitations, t-shirts and other collaterals.

The Home Run - $20,000

This special package is perfect for corporate sponsors. The Home Run includes 20 all inclusive batting tickets plus 35 general admission tickets, of which food and beverage concessions and tours are all a part. Five of the batting tickets will be labeled VIP and participants will be invited to a special batting session before the ofcial start of the event. Home Run sponsors will be given prominent billing on advertising and promotional materials including signage, invitations, t-shirts and other collaterals.

The Triple - $15,000

This package is perfect for medium sized corporate contributors. The Triple includes 15 all inclusive batting tickets plus 30 general admission tickets, of which food and beverage concessions and tours are all a part. Three of the batting tickets will be labeled VIP and participants will be invited to a special batting session before the ofcial start of the event. Triple sponsors will be given billing on advertising and promotional materials including signage, invitations, t-shirts and other collaterals.

The Double - $10,000

The Double is the most popular package. It includes 10 all inclusive batting tickets plus 25 general admission tickets, of which food and beverage concessions and tours are all a part. Two of the batting tickets will be labeled VIP and participants will be invited to a special batting session before the ofcial start of the event. Double sponsors will receive advertising on promotional materials including signage, invitations, t-shirts and other collaterals.

The Base Hit - $5,000

This attractively priced package is also very popular. It includes 5 all inclusive batting tickets plus 15 general admission tickets, of which food and beverage concessions and tours are all a part. One of the batting tickets will be labeled VIP and that participant will be invited to a special batting session before the ofcial start of the event. Base Hit sponsors will receive advertising on promotional materials including signage, invitations, t-shirts and other collaterals.

The Sports Fan - $2,500

This affordable package is perfect for those who wish to socialize only. The Sports Fan includes 10 general admission tickets so guests can enjoy complimentary refreshments while socializing on and around the eld with various political, sports and entertainment gures. Batting practice is not included in this package.
