Attachment 2 Evolution of Australian Standard for Structural Steel This attachment shows the relationship and evolution of Australian structural steel Standards in two time periods— (i) (ii) 1928 to 1986; and 1989 to 1997.

(c) Attachment 3 Australian Structural Steel Plate—Obsolete Grades This attachment shows the structural steel grades that replaced old grades and grades that were added or deleted in the new Standard, and their equivalence. (d) Attachment 4 Australian Grades Weather-resistant Structural Steel Plate—Obsolete

This attachment shows the weather-resistant structural steel grades that have replaced old grades and grades that were added or deleted in the new Standard, and their equivalence. (e) Attachment 5 Structural Steel Plate—Equivalent International Grades This attachment lists the grades from four (ISO, EN, ASTM and JIS) international Standards which are equivalent to current Australian/New Zealand structural steel plate grades.
