TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Service Tax as per Govt. rules currently @ 10.3 % shall be applicable on all the above cost & no any retention will be allowed except TDS, as we are the consultants. 2. The rates do not include cost of setup arrangements, preparation of pile head as per the specifications. 3. The final report along with analysis and relevant conclusions shall be made available to the client within seven days from the date of final completion of testing program subject to clearance to commercial issues. 4. Additional copies of report if required, per report Rs. 1000/- shall be charged. 5. The technology forming part of this proposal is offered by GEO DYNAMICS and accepted by the client/contractor in an atmosphere of goodwill. it is in this mutual goodwill and co-operation that the disputes or differences either as to the specific performance on the part of GEO DYNAMICS or withholding of payment to GEO DYNAMICS by the client/contractor on that ground are resolved by mutual negotiations across the table without having recourse either to arbitration or to court. 6. If the testing is not conducted or delayed after mobilizing to site, minimum charge of Rs. 5,000/- per day for PIT plus travel cost shall be charged. 7. The cost of testing along with mobilization shall be paid in following manner. For PIT Rs. 35,000/- in advance along with Work Order & balance on completion of field testing within seven days and before submission of report at every phase of testing. 8. The rate shall be revised if scope of work reduce by 10%. 9. 1.5% interest per month shall be charged on the billing amount if payment is not done within 1 month from the date of invoice.

10. We reserve the right to cease work if payment terms are not met as per conditions. 11. Without prejudice to and in addition to any other rights that M/s Geo Dynamics has at law and/or in equity, M/s Geo Dynamics shall have the right to immediately suspend any or all works under this contract without notice should there be any default in payment by the client and in such event, M/s Geo Dynamics shall not be liable for loss or damage that may result to the client and/or any other person, whether directly or indirectly. 12. The testing equipment mobilized to site for conducting test is the sole property of GEO DYNAMICS and should be handed over to the authorized representative, as and when required by the testing agency. 13. Any damage to sensors, cables, equipment due to negligence / accident on the part of crane / rig operator shall be billed to you on actual basis. 14. Payment shall be made by DEMAND DRAFT/CHEQUE only in favour of GEO DYNAMICS payable at Baroda through courier. 15. The rates quoted are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of quotation.

SPECIFICATIONS AND TEST SETUP INFORMATION FOR PILE INTEGRITY TESTING (TO BE ARRANGED BY CLIENT) The test setup information to be arranged by clients free of charge is as follows: 1. The pile head with sound concrete shall be available for testing. For this pile head should be chipped off up to cut off level or up to the depth where sound concrete is available. 2. The sound concrete level can be obtained after removal of any debris, muck etc. from the top. 3. The pile age should be atleast 10days at the time of testing. 4. The pile head at the testing level shall be made even by using a disk grinder or carborundum stone or by chiseling the pile top and ensuring that concrete is sound, hard and good. 5. The projecting rebars need to be bent outside for easy access within core region. 6. No high strength mortar or cement paste shall be applied on the pile top to make it smooth and even. 7. Safe and reasonable access to the pile is the responsibility of the client. 8. Data supplied at the time of testing shall include length of the pile from testing level, cutoff level of the pile, pile diameter and pile reference as well as location. Additional data like pile installation records, borelog, load test results etc., shall also be supplied on request. The above specifications constitute the test setup information for pile integrity testing, and shall be adhered to by clients for better data quality. Any queries shall be referred to M/s.
