Vocational High School 3 Boyolangu Tulungagung.

1. BACKGROUND This program was built to enhance existing services in Public Vocational High School 3 Boyolangu in conducting the New Student Acceptation. Where the implementation process is still using ways which manual and require a lot of time to complete these activities. From this background the author wants to make an application program that can assist in the process of accepting new students at Public Vocational High School 3 Boyolangu namely by creating a web-based application software which has many known to the public. Website also be an effective means of disseminating the information we get. 2. PROBLEM FORMULATION From the background matters can be defined several problem, the problem are: a. How to build applications that can quickly deliver the information in the Admission of New Educate participants to prospective students who have signed up? b. How to maintain data security prospective students who have registered at the Public Vocational High School 3 Boyolangu online? c. How to handle students who want to move quickly majors and practical.? 3. PSB Online Applications are built using the PHP programming language as a web designer and with the support of java programming language as a builder of his SMS Gateway facility.
