DIGISOL launches Wireless ADSL2+ Broadband Router

Mumbai, 20th March 2012: DIGISOL has introduced its new 802.11n 150 Mbps Wireless ADSL 2+ Broadband Router DG-BG4011N. DG-BG4011N is a high-performance ADSL router providing downstream speed of up to 24Mbps and upstream speed upto 1Mbps. The DGBG4011N is an ideal wireless broadband CPE solution for both home users who wish to share high speed Internet access and small offices that wish to do business on using Internet. DIGISOL DG-BG4011N supports IEEE802.11n wireless LAN providing speed upto 150Mbps. Computers that are connected with the router through the Ethernet interfaces and wirelessly can establish a small local area network (LAN) and access internet through the router. It provides one RJ11 telephone interface for ADSL connection, four RJ45 Ethernet interfaces for connecting to notebook/ desktop computer or other network devices. The DG-BG4011N has Web-based graphic user interface (GUI), in which you can easily modify the settings and connect to your ISP. It also provides flow statistics, connection status, and other useful for troubleshooting purpose information. It supports static IP address, dynamic IP address, and PPPoE connection. DG-BG4011N supports Quality of Service (QoS), which can enhance the performance by applying QoS for certain network applications like audio/video streaming, VoIP and others. With QoS feature, the wireless broadband router assigns priority to different types of data for better throughput. The Quick Connect Utility provided with DG-BG4011N wireless broadband router enables users to configure the router for wireless setting and internet access without accessing the web GUI of the router. Quick Connect Utility also enables network administrator to configure the router quickly and easily. DG-BG4011N wireless broadband router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), which simplifies setup procedures for securing wireless network (using push button). Users have to press a push button on the router and wireless client for securing the wireless connection without any need to access web GUI of the router. DG-BG4011N supports robust wireless security using WPA2 Enterprise (802.1x with AES) which enhances the security of wireless network to protect sensitive data from hackers. DGBG4011N also supports 64/128 bit WEP encryption which offers first level of security choice to home users to provide confidentiality of the wireless network.
