SYSTEM DESCRIPTION & PROCESS REOUIREMENTS The hot oil system aims to provide the hot oil to two (02) types of users at different temperatures i.e. Low temperature users (supply @ 300F) and high temperature users (Supply @ 475 of). The Hot oil system integrates with the Waste Heat recovery system supplied by the others. There shall be three (03) hot oil heater (two operating one standby) in normal operation. If the Waste Heat recovery system unit is shutdown or not working properly then third heater also comes in operation in order to meet the total heat duty of the system not working The temperature requirements of two different types of users can be met by a bypass arrangement along with a temperature control valve across the hot oil heaters. The heater shall be designed in such a way that they can meet the temperature requirements of high temperature users and also the calorific heat (duty) of low temperature users. The desired temperature (i.e 300 OF)for Low temperature users shall be achieved by mixing the bypassed hot oil with high temperature hot oil. The detailed control scheme of hot oil system is depicted in the P&IDs attached with the tender document. Bidder to review the scheme and gurantee the performance accordingly.

PROCESS DESIGN DATA Hot oil system shall be designed to supply the hot oil to Amine unit (Low Temperature) and TEG dehydration unit (High Temperature) at following conditions: Supply temperature To Low Temperature User (LT) Supply Pressure To Low Temperature User (LT) Return temperature from Low Temperature User (LT) Supply temperature to High Temperature User (HT) Supply Pressure to High Temperature User (HT) Return temperature from High Temperature User (HTU) Hot Oil Pressure required for WHRS unit inlet Hot Oil Heater Package 3 numbers of fuel gas fired hot oil Heaters shall be provided complete with all necessary instrumentation and controlling, Burner management system and necessary shutdown systems. As a minimum, protection against high furnace outlet temperature shall be provided along with all instrumentation & controls shown on the attached P&IDs. Burners shall be provided with adequate redundancy. In normal operation LP fuel (sales gas) will be available as fuel gas. However, for startup, LP fuel (raw gas) will be available. Burner design shall be based on continuous & stable operation of heaters on both compositions. For fuel gas compositions and supply conditions refer to Site, Environment & Utility Design Data (doc no. 4985-A-1000); attached with tender documents. 300 OF 60 Psig (At b/L of package) 250 OF 475 OF 60 Psig (At b/L of package) 400 OF 90 Psig (At b/L of package)
