Anytime-Anywhere Learning (AAL)

Programming Overview and Summer Professional Development 2012

Anytime Anywhere Learning Defined

Definition: Deeper learning where students take more control of their learning while teachers facilitate the learning of their students. Transforms educational paradigm as it requires different instructional strategies apart from direct instruction. Why???
Direct instruction is an inferior model to provide anytime-anywhere learning because knowledge comes mostly from the teacher 7:30am to 2:30pm. Direct instruction inadequately addresses the need for students to have 21st Century Skills.
