LPA-800 Series
Our LPA (Log Periodic Antenna) 800 series is a group of log periodic dipole antennas operating within the 806-960 MHz frequency spectrum. These vertically polarized antennas feature the same true log periodic design as our classic LPD series, but are designed for more stringent zoning requirements with lighter weights and low profiles. The LPA design features more active elements than industry standard log periodic antennas. This dynamic, multiple array allows quick roll-off in the horizontal plane without impacting the half power points. The quick roll-off minimizes sector overlap, which contributes to the control of soft hand-off and pilot pollution. Design and Construction of the LPA-800 Log Periodic: LPA antennas are manufactured with our exclusive 3T Technology, featuring a true log periodic design that allows for excellent frontto-side characteristics to minimize sector overlap; a unique feedline design that eliminates the need for conventional solder joints in the signal path; a non-collinear system with access to each radiating element for control of the shaping of the vertical pattern; air as insulation for virtually no internal signal loss; fiberglass radomes and aircraft grade aluminum reflector plates for even heat dissipation to minimize plate warping and bending. Model Number Guide: LPA- 800 63 / 6 CF E-DIN 5 Electrical Downtilt Connector Type NE is an elongated N connector E-DIN is an elongated DIN connector CF refers to a Center-Fed connector Number of element sets Also refers to the approx. length in feet Horizontal Beamwidth Operating Frequency Range 800 = Operates within 806-960 MHz
The LPA-4016 and LPA-4019 are exceptions to above example. Check specification sheet for more information.

Vertically Polarized Log Periodic Dipole Antennas 806-900 MHz, 806-941 MHz, 806-960 MHz
LPD Series
The LPD (Log Periodic Dipole) series is a group of log periodic antennas operating within the 806-900 MHz, 806-941 MHz, and 806960 MHz frequency range. These antennas are an ideal choice for sectorized sites in which performance is the priority. LPDs offer a true log periodic design with more active elements than industry standard antennas. This dynamic, multiple array allows quick rolloff in the horizontal plane without impacting the half power points. The quick roll-off minimizes sector overlap, which contributes to the control of soft hand-off and pilot pollution. Design and Construction of the LPD Log Periodic: LPD antennas are manufactured. with our exclusive 3T Technology, featuring a true log periodic design that allows for excellent frontto-side characteristics to minimize sector overlap; a unique feedline design that eliminates the need for conventional solder joints in the signal path; a non-collinear system with access to each radiating element for control of the shaping of the vertical pattern; air as insulation for virtually no internal signal loss; fiberglass radomes and aircraft grade aluminum reflector plates for even heat dissipation to minimize plate warping and bending.
