Completed application form and a photocopy of the complete application form Two attested copies of National Identification Card Two Reference Letters (In sealed envelopes signed by the referees) Two attested copies each of transcripts/academic records and degrees (SSC, F.Sc., B.Sc./B.E., M.Sc., etc) & Valid NTS Result, & PEC Certificate (for MSc EM only). Four passport-size photographs Receipt/P.O/D.D. of Application Processing fee: Rs. 1,500 (for Masters), Rs. 7,000/- (for Comp. Engg. Ph.D.), or Rs. 7,000/- (for Engg. Mgmt.Ph.D.)* One page Applicant Statement (two copies)
