ABSTRACT

This report presents the proposal for the DATA-CENTER SYSTEM to be developed as the part of the minor year project. Present time is considered as the era of computers and obviously when computing system arises, there is data as important part of the system. This software brings the easy way to access, modify, delete, update, details etc from small to large data handling of employees of the organization. In this project we develop the rich user interface, security enabled database handling process, easy accessing system for the normal user or user friendly. This is the framework of the Data collection of an organization, we implement our members/participants expose, discuss, experience, hopes, dreams with their fantasies too. This software can be further developed for the multi-organization as well as for the details of people nation in government sector.

INTRODUCTION
Project works are important for the engineering students. In their professional life, engineers are required to put their knowledge into practice, which can only be achieved if they have trained to do so. Project works enable students to get that ability. The theories we study are not based on actual physical phenomenon or processes rather on their abstractions. This project works gives students the difference of this fact. We give up some factors in our analysis of physical processes for the convenience of the analysis so there is almost always a difference in what we read and what we get in the reality. This fact is made to home to students by the project work as they see the difference for themselves. It also develops in them the idea of cooperation and group spirit, which we are so vital for success in professional life. These are a few reasons for why the project works are integral part of all engineering courses. Present time is considered as the era of use and development of the computers. It is obvious that the pace of innovation in newer technology including information technology has been widening and the world on the contrary has been shrinking. The easy input facilities, obstacle-free processing, the wider storage and the accesses for the net rival has made this system to make coalitions with any discipline. For any organization to run smoothly, its management system must be efficient. Computerized system gives better performance. If there is no proper management, the data or

details may just get lost and no one would even know about it. Also, it becomes almost impossible to keep the track of the lost details. Using a proper management system, all the records keeping becomes easy and much simpler. In very big organization, implementation of a computerized system helps a great deal in the running of the system.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Using internet you can or any other organization which required your information can see it. This helps on finding what type of the person is.

Methodology
Our work through this project can be broken up into the following sections: Analysis Find the object on the basis of the WHAT type question rather than HOW type related to the software. This helps on finding errors and finalizing the software. Real World Testing Testing of the complete system in a real-world environment to users with no prior knowledge of how the system works. From this testing we get feedback what the software give to the user. This helps on finding the user friendly software. CONCLUSION
Developing such type of software is a challenging job and will provide a good basis for a students career. The implementation of the proposed system will help in better management in the organization. The employees detail and their authorized bio-data will be used by the organization as well as the employee self.
