TWO BRAIN HELEN It's just a question of how you think.

Because of schizophrenia, words have two dimensions to them and so there are two ways of interpreting them. There is the thought dimension and the feeling dimension or felt dimension. When you read a word, there are two ways to interpret it, contextually, does it make logic sense, which is the job of the brain, and the other way is how does it feel. Just like if you tune a radio to one of two stations, one can't hear the other. The brain interprets words logically and rationally and in the extreme asks, does this make tautological sense. The heart receiver process words based on how they make the heart feel, you know, does it make the heart flutter. If your heart has been deadened, you might not even know such feelings can exist, I certainly didn't. So the heart says, if it feels like this, it is true, if it feels like that, it isn't. It is a simple guidance mechanism and each of us can follow our heads or our hearts and the schizophrenic dichotomy between the two goes a long way to explaining the chaos that abounds. So, people literally have two brains and when you go to the extreme of one or the other you find people who think almost exclusively with one or the other, the head never taking note of the heart or vice versa. Bipolarity is a kind of flipping between the two thought centres. If you have a healthy heart centre, you are generally going to be more cheery than if you are just in your head. Head people suffer a lot with a depressed or atrophied heart and as the heart is all about feelings, the depression can be acute. People who are heart centric aren't going to be enamoured by a computer programming book and people who are head centric aren't gonna be enamoured by Mills and Boon. People who think with their heads probably aren't going to discern with their feelings about a romantic novel. The heart is a brain, the head is a brain. If you want to train the heart, you have to read books that are going to appeal to it and if you want to train the head, you have to read books that appeal to that. There are various ways of stimulating each thought centre. Music, for example, might appeal to the heart brain with its feelings, for example and yet other types of music is head medicine, which can be quite caustic to suppress the feelings but open or stimulate the head brain. Some would say that guys have a third brain, but I'm not so sure women don't too. So head brain reads it as, is it logical. Heart brain reads it as how does it feel. Ideally, we should all be able to read with both the head and the heart, to feel the feeling, but with the discernment of the head to distinguish logic fact. In each person then, there is literally a war going on for which thinking mechanism wins. If it's the heart, the head gets bypassed for logic. Suffice to say, women think mostly with their hearts and men think with their heads. It's the root cause of miss communication. The girl will say, but I feel it should be so. The man will say I think it should be so, generally. This is evidenced by computer science conferences which are very head centred where you will find the delegates are 95% male. Suffice to say, either the heart or the head are atrophied in most people, to varying degrees. If you switch one off, the other will switch on and vice versa. Once we recognise that there are various tools to open up the mind or the heart, we can go with that. Stuff that makes us feel and stuff that makes us think. Different things appeal to different senses, caustic music might not make us feel good, but does it make us think? Mellow birds might not make us think, but how does it feel? So, we have to decide what truth actually is, because we all have different ways of discerning it at least different measure of feeling and different measure of thought. It is the balanced union of thought feeling and emotion which makes us balanced people which we can only achieve by having

a cross spectrum diet, so to speak, some head food, some heart food. To an emotional empath, for something to be true, it means that it makes them feel nice. If it feels 'nice' then it must be good and true. Anything which hasn't been exposed to the ravages of industrialisation is probably going to match those criteria. Empaths gets confused when obviously bad things make them feel good. A thing can be a mess of contradictory anomaly, but to an empath if it feels OK, then that is what gives them their faith that it must be true, the God doesn't make people feel bad delusion. It feels good to us, it's the truth. A person who doesn't work off their feelings, an intellectual, will take a different view of truth. To an intellectual, someone who uses their head to discern truth, then it has to make consistent and logical sense to them for it to be considered true. It can feel as dead as the dodo, but if it is logically consistent, then that is a true assertion. So, we come full circle. Empaths read the story of Noah's boat with their hearts and to them it has a nice feeling. By their standard of what trueness is, it passes, it's true, it's a nice story. To an intellectual, Noah's boat is a nonsensical delusive delusion if taken literally. Forget how it feels, people investing their dreams and love into the idea instead of their logic and brains. So, we can see that two people can disagree about a single thing because it is analysed in different thought processing units, the heart and the head. As Isis Livingstone said to Richard Dawkins, I work with the heart and the rational mind doesn't understand the heart. The question becomes then, how are you disabled, in your head or your heart, because to varying degrees we all are in one or the other and the two dualistic aspects of ourselves are literally at war within us. The head says, I rule, the heart says I rule. Each is an imposter to the other and actually, they try and kill each other off. It's not a battle that either side can win. It's like, head, meet heart, because you are going to have to get along. Information has to be understood in the head, but supplemented by a feeling in the heart and understood that in every given instance, the two aspects might be diametrically opposed. How are you thinking, low thinking, the heart or high thinking, the head?
