Me gusta mucho los diseos de las dos portadas de Celestial Nor. En cuanto al contenido aunque no parece religioso, se nota que se trata de una revista espiritual, y eso es bueno y malo. Bueno, si tu "mercado" van a ser slo los cristianos; malo, si quieres llegar a los inconversos que son los que ms lo necesitan. Observo que hay mucha publicidad, y sin embargo no cobras ninguna, eso no me parece justo. Los cristianos tenemos que ser los primeros en entender que todo obrero merece su salario. En cuanto a la entrevista al grupo Sal 150, aunque es el artculo que ms me ha gustado, debido a mi admiracin por este grupo, creo que no se le ha sacado todo el jugo que se le podra haber sacado. Por otro lado, en cada artculo debera verse con ms claridad quien es el autor. Al comienzo lo de que Dios, Jess y el Espritu Santo son los mximos responsables de la revista, aunque sea cierto, lo encuentro ostentoso. Queda gracioso como para provocar una sonrisa, pero le quita seriedad a la revista, dando una imagen infantil del responsable humano de la revista. A pesar de mis comentarios, considero que tienes mucho talento y capacidad para tirar adelante con xito el proyecto, y que una revista como esta tiene mucho potencial. Lo que yo hara en tu lugar, es que si no vas a cobrar por la publicidad, la sustituira por ms artculos interesantes. Es de resaltar, que el texto conlleva a practicar valores que son necesarios dentro de la relacin de pareja, para vivir en plenitud e integridad, donde se debe formar unas buenas bases de los valores, para estar preparados para los altibajos que existen en toda relacin de pareja y as enfrentarlos bajo la iluminacin de Dios, para que todo sea de la mejor manera. Dios es la fuente de cada energa creativa. Celestial Nor: Que te llev a ser artista? Jodma: He tenido este talento desde la infancia. Mis primeros dibujos eran algunos escarabajos sobre la arena, hasta que alguien de mi familia se dio cuenta de mis talentos. En un principio estudi la carrera de economa en la universidad, pero los ltimos dos aos me he especializado en estudios de cultura africana. Desde hace dos aos me he desarrollado, definitivamente, como artista.
CN: Donde has exhibido tus obras? J: En la embajada britnica, el Lyce Descartes y el Colegio Americano de Rabat, Marruecos. En la iglesia evanglica de Casablanca. Y en la Universit Al Akhawaynde Ifrane, tambin en Marruecos. Particip asimismo en una exposicin solidaria en la Galeria Alas de CN: Que estilos y tcnicas artsticas usas? Barcelona, en J: En principio de mi camino artstico trabajaba 2010. Su ltima mucho la escultura, despus empec a pintar leo exposicin Sueos sobre lienzo. Observe, tambin, el contenido de las palabras de nimo que habl Jonatn. Vemos en ella la verdadera grandeza de este varn cuyo destino original haba sido heredar el trono de su padre. Mas ahora entenda que Dios haba levantado a otro y estaba dispuesto a ubicarse bajo su liderazgo, como seguidor. Son pocos los hombres que consiguen renunciar tan desinteresadamente a un futuro prometedor, a fin de promocionar la vida de la persona que los ha remplazado. Esta es la cara ms preciosa del amor, cuando deseamos que aquellos a quienes amamos les vayan mejor en la vida que a nosotros.

Miro al norte y al sur, veo lo mismo, tan slo agua. Al este y al oeste, mis ojos solo divisan agua. Soy un nufrago de la vida sobre un trozo de madera, que me mantiene a flote sobre este mar helado. Mi barco choc contra un iceberg perfectamente colocado en el lugar preciso, por una mente maestra. Su objetivo: fijar mi mirada en lo esencial, escarbar arrastrando todas las capas superficiales de mi alma, para llegar hasta el lugar donde la vida puede brotar como el agua de un manantial. Cuando la roca de mi corazn sea partida por la fuerza de las olas, podr entender finalmente mi destino: AMAR. Una de las claves del nacimiento creo que fue el gran respaldo espiritual de cientos de personas en nuestras Iglesias, orando, clamando y ayunando por la cita. Gracias a la empresa Sevillana Cmara rea audiovisual, Oscar y Juan Gmez MacAudivisual y a su gerente, Moiss nuestro vocalistas. Ha pasado un ao. Son las seis de la maana, hora de mi paseo por la playa. Observo a una bella joven sentada sobre la arena. Me acerco para saludarla y est llorando. Tiene una carta en su mano derecha y un frasco llena de pastillas en su mano izquierda. Cmo puede ser? Con delicadeza le pregunto por su nombre. Me llamo Paloma, me contesta. Me sent a su lado e intent consolarla, con un discurso que no s por qu haba estado ejercitando durante un ao. Ella sonri. Paloma sec sus lgrimas con el pauelo que le haba dejado y dej de llorar. Nos quedamos durante una hora viendo las olas ir y venir, sin hablarnos. Al final nos miramos a los ojos y eso fue suficiente, estbamos hechos el uno para el otro. El traumatlogo me dijo que nunca me curara, que deba adaptarme a vivir con esta enfermedad. A los problemas de salud se aadieron problemas econmicos, porque la pensin de enfermedad era muy baja. Y los problemas de salud y econmicos generaron problemas matrimoniales, hasta el punto de estar al borde de la separacin. Pero lo peor de todo y ms doloroso fue que la mayora de personas de mi entorno no entendan mi enfermedad, as que me qued sin el nimo y el consuelo de personas que para m eran muy importantes. Ya que la medicina tradicional no me ofreca ninguna esperanza, opt por abandonarla y elegir vas alternativas.
Mi Lucha Contra La Fibromialgia

Esta historia es completamente verdica y en ella no hay ninguna exageracin. Quizs mi historia pueda ayudar a quienes pasen por una situacin parecida. El once de septiembre del 2001, el mismo da del atentado contra las Torres Gemelas. Como si un avin explotara contra mi sistema nervioso, sufr una severa crisis de ansiedad que me oblig a ir con urgencia al hospital ms cercano. La ansiedad que sufra era tan fuerte que pens que iba a morir por falta de aire, me asust muchsimo porque no poda respirar y se me comenzaron a dormir las extremidades del cuerpo. Me dieron la baja mdica y me recetaron tranquilizantes. La ansiedad acab convirtindose en fibromialgia, una enfermedad controvertida, que se refiere a un grupo se sntomas y trastornos musculo esquelticos poco entendidos, que se caracteriza fundamentalmente por fatiga extrema, dolor persistente y rigidez de intensidad variable. Algunos afirman que no debe considerarse como una enfermedad debido a la falta de anormalidades en el examen fsico, en los exmenes de laboratorio objetivos o estudios de imgenes mdicas. Aunque histricamente ha sido considerado un trastorno musculoesqueltico y neuro-psiquitrico, las evidencias de investigaciones realizadas en las ltimas tres dcadas han puesto de manifiesto alteraciones en el sistema nervioso central que afectan a regiones del cerebro que podran estar vinculadas tanto a los sntomas clnicos como fenmenos descubiertos durante investigaciones clnicas. No existe una cura universalmente aceptada para la fibromialgia, tan sol hay tratamientos que han demostrado ser eficaces en la reduccin de los sntomas. Despus de 2 aos y medio tomando tranquilizantes sin conseguir curacin, me recetaron tambin antidepresivos, que tampoco dieron ningn resultado. Hubo das que mi dolor, tanto fsico como emocional, era tan intenso que dese morirme, aunque nunca pens en el suicidio.

Mi primer paso para fortalecer mi organismo en general y restaurar mi estmago para una mejor absorcin de las vitaminas y minerales, fue tomar durante una temporada jalea real fresca. El segundo paso fue tomar comprimidos de cola de caballo, que tienen una accin analgsica muy fuerte, adems de su capacidad de regeneracin del sistema seo. Un tercer paso fue tomar comprimidos de selenio para mejorar el metabolismo de mi organismo y por su accin sobre el estado de nimo. El cuarto paso fue tomar infusiones de albahaca, por su efectividad para relajar la tensin muscular involuntaria. Estos pasos fueron acompaados por cambios en la dieta, como incluir mayor cantidad de frutas y eliminar el uso de productos con cafena.
