Bio—Enhanced Liquid Fertilizers

Both of our liquid fertilizers are supplemented with a natural nutrient package derived from Seaweed,
Humic Acids, and Molasses. What this means to you is that you are getting a soil improving fertilizer
with added vitamins, bio-stimulants, and trace elements. Each product contains vitamins B-1, B-12,
gibberellins, indoles, auxins as well as trace elements of boron, iron, zinc, cobalt, copper, manganese,
molybdenum and sulfur.

The nutrients in our liquid fertilizers are chelated, meaning they are instantly available to the plant. Our
NPK sources are salt and chlorine free, which means safe for the plant and soil. In fact, all our raw
materials used in our liquid fertilizers are classed as food grade materials.

Bio-Enhanced 10-8-8 All Purpose Plant Food

This is a balanced All-Purpose fertilizer that builds a healthy plant, top to bottom. Almost every type of
plant will thrive on the 10-8-8. It provides enough nitrogen for steady growth, but it contains more
phosphorus than the 16-4-8, which means better rooting. Apply monthly during the growing season to
your lawns, gardens and beds.

For lawn maintenance, apply the 10-8-8 every 2 weeks (in the am) at 4-5 oz per 1000 sf. or monthly at a
rate of 8-10 oz per 1000 sf. When preparing a lawn or garden area for seeding or planting, apply the 10-8-
8 at 10 oz per 1000 sf. before seeds are up or plants are set in. For a fertilizing soil drench of individual
plants, trees, shrubs, vegetables etc… apply at 1 oz per gallon of water. If you are using a hose-end
sprayer, you can also spray the leaves of the plant for some foliar uptake. Make sure to get the undersides,
and morning applications are best. This can be done every 2-4 weeks. For Deep-Root Fertilizing apply at
3-5 ounces per average size shrub. On trees, Deep-Root Feed at 3-4 ounces per inch of trunk diameter.
Apply when soils are moist.

Application Rate:
Foliar applications can be made every 10 days. For houseplants, apply at 1 tablespoon per quart of water.
For gardens or ornamental, spray at 1-2 oz per gallon of water with hand pump sprayer or commercial
misting equipment. Row crops: 1-2 quarts per acre with minimum 5 gallons of water. Tree Crops: 1
Gallon per acre in minimum 50 gallons of water.

Bio-Enhanced 16-4-8 For Lawns

This fertilizer is for lawn or plants that require higher amounts of nitrogen. It gets plants growing and
green. Nutrients are immediately available. Use the 16-4-8 as needed to supplement a granular
(preferably organic) fertilizing program. If your soil is healthy and high in organic matter you should be
able to use it as your sole lawn fertilizer.
Application Rate:
Apply to turf at 4-5 oz per 1,000 square feet every 2 weeks or (for healthier turf) 8-10 oz Every 4 weeks.
For foliar feeding of non-blooming shrubs, houseplants, veggies, trees or other garden plants, apply at 1-2
oz. per gallon of water or 1 tablespoon per quart of water.

Molexit
Molexit is a repellent that is hand scattered over problem areas to keep moles out for 6 to 8 weeks. Castor
oil is the active ingredient in Molexit. It is blended with inert material to make this granular application
clean and easy to apply. This product is time released, which makes it’s effectiveness last longer than the
liquid form of castor oil.
Application Rate:
One 6.5 pound box covers up to 1/2 acre. Reapplication is necessary when moles reenter the treated area (
this is normally no sooner than 6—8 weeks).

Insect Dust
Insect Dust (Diatomaceous Earth or DE) is odorless and nontoxic. This remarkable, all-natural product
is so safe it may be rubbed right into your dog or cat’s fur. It is composed of tiny fossilized water plants.
The consistency is that of white powder. Insects come in contact with this powder and die of dehydration
within 48 hours.

Targeted crawling pests include: ants, bedbugs, box elder bugs, carpet beetles, centipedes, crickets,
cockroaches, earwigs, fleas, grasshoppers, millipedes, slugs, silverfish and ticks. Replaces Diazinon and
other harsh chemicals.

Nature’s Insect Guard

Nature's Insect Guard is a blend of organic ingredients and scents, including garlic extract, that have
been shown to repel harmful insects (mosquitoes/ticks/fleas) and thus protect plants, people and animals.

Milky Spore
Milky Spore is an effective bacteria that infects white grubs (beetle larvae). It has the consistency of
flour. Although Milky Spore costs more initially, it remains viable in the soil for 10 to 15 years, making it
very economical. Only one treatment is necessary in most cases. Grubs become infected by swallowing
spores. Each infected grub dies and releases billions of new spores into the soil for consumption by other
grubs.

Milky Spore is harmless to food crops and may be used in gardens, around pools and wells, and the lawn.

Bio-Dethatcher
Biological Dethatcher is a liquid solution that has been formulated to generate and accelerate the
decomposition of thatch in lawns. To fuel this process, our product contains high levels of thatch digesting
Bacteria and Enzymes. These, along with naturally occurring soil organisms, will break down thatch and
turn it into valuable humus.

If your lawn has a true thatch condition, you cannot alleviate it with hand raking, power raking or so-
