My Friends - part One of four

My friends, if we dont ask the hard questions we wont find the right answers. We are all citizens of the American Republic. We were all BORN members of the American Republic. Our natural political status as States and as people is based on our ownership of the land of our States and our birth in those physically defined states. The original jurisdiction of the Maine free State determined by metes and bounds under the Articles of Confederation is entirely the property of Maine, and unless the rest of us feel like fighting the Civil War again, we had better recognize the fact that Maines land belongs to Maine, not to any version of an American federal government. The federal government created by the Constitution is and always was meant to serve the States, not the other way around. The ownership of the land mass of America belongs to the States in a Republican form of government. Control of the land has always resided with the States. The federal government has never been granted any jurisdiction on the land apart from the actual federal installations and properties necessary to fulfill their nineteen (19) enumerated powers. The federal government therefore operates in only three defined jurisdictions (1) statutory - control over federal corporations; (2) civil - control over commerce between the states; and (3) maritime/admiralty - control over inland navigable and international waters, and maritime commerce). The federal government has no jurisdiction on the land because it does not own the land; and any presumption otherwise is not agreeable with the Founding Documents of the Republic which are the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the Constitution for the united States of America. Contrary to what some people believe, the Articles of Confederation were never abolished or even changed by the adoption of the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence was a legal declaration of intent for which we fought the Revolutionary War, to enforce. The land that was ceded by General Cornwallis surrender to General Washington passed to the individual states, so it was necessary to define what an American state is (land), how it is described at law (metes and bounds), and how the states interact together (how they are confederated). The Articles of Confederation defines and organizes the state level of government, and the Constitution does two additional things. In the Preamble, the Constitution creates a Public Trust which guarantees the rights and freedoms of the Founders to their Progeny. The rest of the document details the specific rights conferred by the Public Trust under God (aka the Bill of Rights), and establishes a contractual agreement among the states to support the creation and funding of a second level of government the national level of government the federal government which was supposed to serve the states as a means of joint action. Certain functions are better handled as a group of states united so those powers were enumerated which included the establishment of a national monetary system and the creation of trade agreements with other countries, etc. The enumerated powers are actually enumerated duties that the federal government is obligated to perform in behalf of and for the fifty (50) states. Put simply, the federal government is a government under contract to provide services to the fifty (50) states. The states contracted for these federal services and agreed to pay for those nineteen (19) enumerated services. The States continued to hold the purse strings via their members in the U.S. Senate, and the People continued to hold the purse strings via their members in the US House. It was never intended for the federal government to hold the purse strings independently of the States and the People and hold dictatorial powers over any State in the Union. The War of Secession, otherwise known as the Civil War was decided by brute power under the gun, on the pretense that it was about slavery. The war, in fact, was about the federal government claiming ownership interests in the Southern States. Slavery had nothing to do with the political motivations behind the war. This is proven by the actions taken by the Union after the war. Private slave ownership was abolished but the government promptly claimed ownership of the freed black slaves and enforced this claim by conferring U.S. citizenship on the former slaves. Public slave ownership is alive and well and impacting all of us here in 21st Century America. The Civil War was the beginning of the federal governments claims against the property interests of the States, but this was only the beginning of an evil more ancient and well-entrenched. All Americans were deemed to be US citizens and property of the federal government of the United States also known as Federal citizens or Territorial citizens citzens created under the 14th Amendment in July, 1868. The federal governments claims against the people and their states continued unabated and culminated in 1940 with the passage of the Buck Act, 1

which claims all U.S. citizens to be franchises property or slaves of the federal government and defines our States as US citizens or US persons and franchises of the federal government as well. The State of Alaska, is a franchise corporation of the corporate UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. It has a federal tax Employer Identification Number, like all Federal citizens who have either a TIN or EIN because it is considered nothing more nor less than another corporate slave owned by the parent corporation. The State of Alaska (Inc.), EIN # 926001185. The federal government is a foreign corporation operating by treaty on our soil devoted to raping, pillaging, and controlling our resources and ourselves Abraham Lincoln used brute force and sacrificed over a million American lives not to end slavery but to vastly expand it. The federal government has established claims to the effect that it owns everything and everyone in America.
