In silver lake food ltd the separate Human Resources Management department is not present currently. Two people from two different departments currently sharing the responsibilities of Human resource management, one from finance department who is General Manager Finance and other is General Manager Production. The main cause of lack the Human Resource management department in organization is financial position of organization, which is not good from last 7 to 8 years.

SELECTION TOOLS
The selection tools of silver lake food ltd are different for the different kind of jobs. 1. For the jobs of labor their only criteria is application. There is no test for such kind of job. And selection process is under above mention peoples.

computer operators etc. The process consists of four steps. Number one

step is CV from the candidate. Step number two consists of test which is conduct under both written as well as simulation. Step number three is interview which is supervised by the General Manager of Finance as well as Production. 3. Top level or executive level jobs are directly filled by the board of directors. The method of silver like food ltd is that they prepare reports of people every day, every week, every month and after every year. The reports are prepared after year with the collaboration of supervisor as well as with the Managers. In this type of training, the company gives them proper guidance with their work and machinery. In this type of training, the supervisor trains all his subordinates about the changing like in his working environment change or method of work change etc. This type of training is normally held for workers.

Off job Training


In this type of training, the company normally sends his employees to other institution, company, and organization and even than other countries. In this type of training the company wants to adopt new strategies and techniques, so company send their employee for training. Seminar
