Upcoming events

Luminate Your Prayer Life: September 9th &

October 14th. 5-8pm. Adoration, music, chant, and meditation followed by a potluck dinner and fellowship. Child care available for ages 2+ (reservations required).

Small Groups: Starting in October. Meeting

weekly for 6 study sessions. Facilitators lead groups along a study of a book of the Bible or a spiritual theme. Sharing individual faith experiences will be emphasized. Bonfire: Saturday, November 3rd. 5-9pm.

Hot dogs, Smores, & the fire to keep us warm! Maybe some music. More details to follow!

A Look Back at Our Summer Social Events!

Illuminate Your Grill! The cookouts were a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a picnic. Thanks to all who made it out! Peoria Chiefs Game The Chiefs came up short against the Quad Cities, but the Christian concert after the game was a hit!

Starting September 9/10 Catholicism series by Adult Faith Formation at St. Pats. Sunday and Monday evenings 6:15-8:15. Monday afternoons 12:30-2:30. Contact Michelle at 444-3524. Monthly Adoration at St. Philomena Church (main church). 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning on September 12th. Mass at 6:30; Adoration from 7-8. St. Phils also has perpetual Adoration in their Adoration Chapel. First Saturday. 20/30 Senior Assistance: Sign up to help the

elderly in our parish with rides to church, odd jobs around the house, occasional home visits, etc. Contact Sarah at slgibso@gmail.com or Brian at briantalley@gmail.com for more info.

Threads, Hope and Love: Volunteer to help sort, fold and hang clothing on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and two Saturday mornings a month (schedules are in the vestibule of the church). Stay for however long you want. Threads, Hope and Love is located at 213 Muller Road, and you can contact Martha Franz at 444-9690 for more information.
