Tumen-Olzii (Mongolia, New medicine /NCM/ medical institute, Ulaanbaatar)

Introduction. Newly coded medicine is new integrated triple medical system, including a whole Traditional and Modern medicine, taken separately, meanwhile which are connected through new s-NCM knowledge, thereby creating new triple way approaches of prevention, diagnostics, treatment, using three medical knowledges. Some foreign researchers as Micheal Heinrich et all, emphasized that Three humors, known as vata (rlung), pitta (mkhris), kapha (badgan) govern all biological, psychological and psychopathological functions of body and mind. To try and correlate this ancient philosophy with modern science is difficult, but some analogues can be drawn. The tridosha can be considered to govern al metabolic activities: catabolism (vata), metabolism (pitta) and anabolism (kapha). When vata is out of balance, the metabolism will be disturbed, resulting in excess catabolism. Excess pitta disturbs metabolism. Pitta controls body temperature. Central nervous system corresponding to vata, governs functions as breathing, blinking, all forms of movement, heartbeat, and nervous impulses From abovementioned explanation of majority of researchers should conclude that recently accumulated our knowledge in the field of medicine, biology impossible to completely elucidate the theoretical essence of Traditional Medicine, so far from developing a integrated three medical system theories. In this connection we need recognize that only principally new knowledge would give the scientific basis of rediscovery of theoretical essence of Tibetan-Mongolian Traditional medicine in the light of modern knowledge, additionally to them, our knowledge in the field of interpretation of theoretical essence of Traditional Medicine should be constantly corrected and modified. We should be keep problems of interpretation of theoretical essence of Tibetan-Mongolian traditional medicine close to the facts in its field of study with proposing a many kinds of experimental, clinical research models, in this way could reveal the secrets of theoretical essence of traditional medicine and further more develop ways of creation of new triple form of medical system. May be say that one of principally important steps of foundation of new triple medical systems is raised and decided in close relationship with a creating new knowledge as s-NCM knowledge and use these in the form of cognitive bridge-intermediate code between basic theoretical aspects of Tibetan-Mongolian traditional medicine and Modern medicine. In this case we became able to perceive the theoretical essence of traditional empiric abstract thinking of medical knowledge system. At last time became clear that we are needed to establish a new scientific way of observation and experimental analysis to replace of only one the traditional empiric abstract thinking of medical knowledge system by new evidence based knowledge and enrich these in such way by new scientific knowledge of cognition.

There are reasons to say that the appearing of abstract theory of Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan in Traditional medicine 2 thousand years ago follow from the functioning of membrane-redoxy potentials three state line systems in the first compartment with close relationship with fourth and second, third compartments in human body. To decide a main logical cognitive key points of research works, directed to find the scientifico-methodological basis of Newly Coded Medicine (NCM) was planned to conduct the our study in such interconnectable ways: 1. The first principally important step of our works was a detection of evolutionary very importantconstantly developed general characteristics of living cells, which may be reflected in the theory of rlung, mkhris, badgan of Tibetan Mongolian Traditional medicine. 2. The second principally important step of our works was a revealing the functional and structural unit of living cells, which may be reflected in the theory of Tibetan Mongolian Traditional medicine in the following philosophical context as wind like mobile, unoilly, light nature-external characteristics of human body, symbolized by rlung abstract thermin, sun-like hot, hot oily natureexternal characteristics of human body, symbolized by mkhris abstract thermin, moon-like cool, heavy, cold oily nature-external characteristics of human body, symbolized by badgan abstract thermin. 3. The next principally important step of our works was establish a scientific basis of new enriched definition of living cells, which are included the functional and structural unit of living cells of human body, which may be expressed in the theory of Tibetan Mongolian Traditional medicine by abstract thermins as rlung, mkhris, badgan. Experimental protocols. Basic methods of investigation. Experimental justification of basic conception of NCM medicine are conducted in followinfg steps. Subjects of our experimental works was young people aged 18-24, including male and female, ratio 85:15. First step: All individuals were subjected to Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan constitution belonging classification examination, estimated by using of Docam-1 program parameters and consequently, divided in to three categories (Rlung dominated, Mkhris dominated, Badgan dominated). Docam-1 program is based in the computerized quantative elobaration of constitutional, urine, pulse, five flower, abdominal diagnostic parameters of individuals, obtained by transferring these to abstract thermin as as rlung, mkhris, badgan, which not really exist inside of human body, eventually have a abstract-subjective nature of cognition, these are formed and acquired in the result of intellectual processes of ancient people as new knowledge. Second step: Take from all individuals a blood example and separate erythrocyte populations of cells. Third step: Cell materials are divided in 3 basic parts, consisting first compartment and second compartment, also fourth compartment. First compartment (hemolysate) of erythrocytes are obtained by causing hemolysis with following centrifuging, separating fluid upper part of supernatant, containing redoxy line systems. After

separating hemolysate of erythrocyte all membrane systems, representing fourth compartment also are taken by washing and centrifuging remnant parts. Fourth step: To identification of basic membrane states and redoxy potentials of hemolysate, representing first compartment, containing redoxy line systems are used following parameters: a.Reducing capacity of of hemolysate, established by using the nitroblue tetrazolium test b. The protonizing, radical scavenging activity of hemolysate evaluated against 2,2-diphenyl-1picrylhydrazyl radical. The protonizing, radical scavenging activity expressed as IC50. c. Contents of Deprotonized products of hemolysate, accounted by concentration of TBA positive products. d. Oxidizing capacity of of hemolysate by using the oxidase disk test Fifth step: To identification of basic membrane states and redoxy potentials of all membrane system, representing fourth compartment are used following parameters: a. Reducing capacity of all membrane system, representing fourth compartment by using the nitroblue tetrazolium test b. Proportion of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids contained in LPHD and LPLD, incorporated in integrated membrane-serum circulation system i.e. constantly circulated between all cell membrane structures and serum (second compartment) medium are measured by using Humalyser apparatus. f. Degree of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids dependant resistanse of all membrane system, presenting fourth compartment are evaluated by using osmotic and pereoxidation hemolysis test. Sixth step: a. Redoxy potentials of second compartment of individuals, calculated by parameters of AO:LPO system, contents of LPHD and LPLD b. Discussion. In the result of conducting a many variants of experimental and clinical research works we are succeded to put the foundation of new triple form of medical system, so named Newly Coded Medicine (NCM). The scientifi co-methodological basis of newly coded medicine (NCM) is characterized by following novelty: 1. In the result of proposing the new enriched definition of living cells, which clarified that main key regulating mechanism of living cells are a three states of membrane-redoxy potentials, providing a normal flow of protons and electrons, by us established that between the quantative proportion of abstractized first compartment related rlung, mkhris, badgan code and some parameters of cell membrane redoxy potentials, located intercellularly in first compartment are existed the more strong correlation as: the elevated quantative proportion of abstractized by mkhris diagnostic parameters is associated with high oxy potentials(first compartment ), the increased quantative proportion of abstractized by rlung diagnostic parameters is accompanied with slow redoxy potentials (first compartment), the elevated quantative proportion of abstractized by badgan diagnostic parameters is associated with high red potentials (first compartment) in the healthy persons 2. It has been revealed that between the quantative proportion of of abstractized second compartment related rlung, mkhris, badgan code and some parameters of of cell membrane redoxy potentials, located extracellularly in second compartment are existed the more strong correlation as: a.the elevated quantative proportion of abstractized by rlung code, located outside of cells is associated with low redoxy potentials (second compartment), expressed as a low internal and external adipocyte tissues, Rid formula, urine and serum oxidase enzyme activity, urine ph,

resistance of membrane structures, high concentration of deprotonizid products in the membrane structures, low level of serum cholesterol, triglycerids in the Healthy persons. An all above mentioned code correlation as abstract thermins as rlung, mkhris, badgan - a three states of membrane- redoxy potentials of living cells serves the main scientifico-methodological basis of Newly Coded Medicine (NCM), which originated in the integration of traditional and recent medicine, but principally distinguished from traditional and recent medicine, taken separately.
