Event management depends a lot on technical equipments. A very good communication system is required to start this business. The kind of technical equipments that are required in this business are as follows:

We require a fax machine to distribute our quotation and other documents to our sponsors.

COMPUTERS:
This is also very important technical equipment. All the accounting procedures, graphic designing of the passes and for advertisement purposes are done on a computer.

signed. STEP II SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT When the quotations are approved by our sponsors, a contract for a particular period of time is singed. STEP III SPONSORSHIP As per the quotations or the agreement the sponsors give us a limited amount to manage or organize the event. STEP IV ADVERTISEMENT After getting the contract we have to advertise or publish the party, which is very important aspect to be taken into consideration for the success of the business. STEP V ARRANGEMENT FOR THE VENUE A proper marketing analysis need to be undertaken for the selection of the venue as it should be suitably located and its rental charges must not be too expensive. STEP VI TECHNICAL ARRANGEMENT We also have to make arrangement for the technicians who will be very much involved in the event for the light and sound purposes. STEP VII

CATERING It is very important to provide for the best catering services for an event and also make arrangement for the support of people who will look after the event.
