Wake up, King Voter, Wake up ! Time for change has come !
" "

Country is pasing through a very critical period. Once known as Golden Bird, Bharat is now buried under debts of Himalayan proportions. No party is ready to own responsibilty for this state of affairs. Some parties are accusing the ruling party of being responsible; ruling party is blaming the opposition! They dont realise if one party raises a questioning finger at others, three are directed towards themselves asking the same question; if they are guilty, what are you !

For the condition of country today, most of those parties (

) sitting in parliament are

responsible. Saying that they have forgotten all these wont be wrong. When the ruling party is weak, the responsibilities of the oppsition are even greater. Today both the ruling and opposition parties are weak. Corruption has become the greatest problem. Living for Aam Aadmi has become intolerable. Inflation is ever rising due to corruption. Out of a rupee earmarked for development works only 10 paise is actually spent. Out of money received in the exchequer, 70% to 75% is spent on administration, cars, bunglows, Acs, salaries, and such items of convenience-luxary. Out of balance 25%, corruption eats away 15%. How will the country develop with 10%? Both the ruling and oppostion parties know this. In these circumstances, the only alternative to take the country to a brighter future is to stop increasing corruption. But whether in ruling or in opposition, no one is serious about stopping corruption.

On enacting Janlokpal, 60% to 65% corruption can be stopped. Everyone knows it. But most sitting in Parliament decided not to pass it. While increasing their salaries and perks they get similarly united. Those fighting for Janlokpal are told by members to get elected and then pass the law in parliament. Laws are made in parliament, not on the roads! On the questions of Coalgate, FDI ... all parties have realised that Peoples Parliament is higher than Delhis. Thats why they are coming out on the roads to say, we are not guilty, others are. Coming out of parliament to fight on the roads. Their real face is visible now.

According to the Constitution, social and economic disparities need to be reduced. Those silling in the parliament are responsible to achieve this; but most have forgotten this. It is the reason for this condition of the country with disparities increasing. If we had made Janlokpal, Right to Recall, Citizens Charter like Laws, Corruption could have been contained to an extent. Development would have been faster and economic condition changed. FDI can not truly change the economy. Unlil Strong law to control corruption is made, countrys economy will not improve. Simultaneously we must remember Mahatma Gandhijis saying, to change economy of the country, we need to improve economic conditions in its villages.

FDI will change the economic conditions of the country, is being said by some ruling and other parties. Opposition is saying that it would be dangerous. Each is contesting the claims of the other, keeping 2014 elections in mind. Those outside of parties and sides, like me, doubt that countrys black money may come back as FDI. Countrys money coming back to the country in circuitous route in different forms raise genuine doubts in people.

It seems, those involved in Power to Money and Money to Power ( and its people before them, cant improve (

) are

accusing each other from this narrow mind set. Those who dont have bright future of the country ) the country. Some regional parties have from 8 to 20-25 MPs in the parliament. They are pressurising the Government for packages for their respective states. How can these persons correct society and country? Some groups and parties came together and passed a law that political parties need not disclose to the public donations received of upto Rs. 20,000/-; donation amounts above that only has to be shown. Today many businessmen give crores as donation to groups and parties. Names of such donors have come to light. Many divide such donations of crores into smaller amounts of 20,000 and deposit the same against bogus names; this black to white money conversion has given rise to many groups and parties.

If the groups and parties are honest, what is wrong in disclosing all donations received from Re1 onwards and placing the accounts before the people? Why such law is not made? I place full accounts of our organisations on the internet. All receipts and disbursements are by cheques/drafts only. What is the reason behind not maintaining transparency by groups and parties? Everybody accepts that Youth Power is State Power ( ) but many contestants during election campaigning distribute liquors freely to turn them into alcoholics! Is it not dangerous for the country? Youth power is the driving force; how making addicts of them can be correct?

It appears that the country cant expect a brighter future through politics. Now the country has arisen. People came out on the streets demanding Janlokpal, totalling in crores. Now the countrymen, the Youth have to change the direction of the agitations. Till now agitations for corruption free India were directed against the Government in power. Now mass movement will be

for changing MPs sitting in the parliament instead of agitating against the Government. Those MPs who had objected to passing of Janlokpal should not be voted again in 2014. People should be made aware in this regard. People should choose their own candidates and inform the movement; the movement will examine the candidature in terms of his/her character, dedication to serve, patriotism etc and then recommend one candidate to vote for. If after winning, s/he loses trust of the people, then proceedings of recall in accordance to constitution and law will be initiated. I will not contest election, nor will I form a group and party but will work towards providing an alternative.

Persons from states across the country come to me at Ralegan Siddhi everyday, asking for an alternative be provided to them, convince me that 65 years after independence now the time for change has come. Only need is mass education and awareness ( ). For that a movement needs to be undertaken by the youth, visiting one village to the other, spreading the message.

Many MPs had advised us to fight elections and come to the parliament. Now their desires will have to be fulfilled by the masses ( ) only, by selecting candidates of character for the parliament to show how Janlokpal, Right to Reject, Citizens Charter, Power to Gram Sabha, like laws can be passed to make India corruption free.
