Private Villa PAGE 2 Total land area: 580m2. Villa area: 190m2 for each level. The challenge here was working within a tight budget to provide an interior treatment that maximizes the overall perceived value. Attend project concept meetings agreeing on design mood, budget and final delivery date. Inspected, and examined existing sites to determine possible design problems. Analyzed areas to prepare interior design proposals, mood boards and space planning. Formulated and developed an innovative and functional design concept to suit space needs. Reviewed all shop drawings to ensure exact design elements are being applied. Followed-up on final design implementation, and recommended solutions for on-site problems.

The main design idea was to covey the multiethnic culture in contemporary theme. Guests should enjoy the breathtaking view of the Nile along with the eye-catching interiors.
