OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

This is leading web designing & training company. The main objective of my project is about marketing & brand promotion. In the current scenario of cut throat competition to service invest in new technology for their expansion and to maintain the quality, minimum cost and produce a good product. My objective in this survey to determine the marketing and brand promotion of the company in state level after determine the satisfaction level of client.

Primary objective:

In this company my work is in market and visit client for website & software. Other work is brand promotion so, for that purpose I have to do research, design, target, and sell. I have in 45 days, total I have visit school, college, hospital, and shop is 54 (approx):-

Research Methodology:
Research methodology should be carefully planned as accuracy. Research gives us and our clients the exact direction and confidence to do great marketing. I have to do research through internet, in the market. Thats way I know that which school, college, hospital website & software are available or not. For research I have to do: 1. Survey 2. Design Methodology:
After the research I have to design. Design is important. Research design is a plan, conceptual structure and strategy of investigation conceived as to obtain answer to research questions and to control variance.

Target Methodology:
Every client is unique so, I have target client priorities.

Sale Methodology:
Sale is important for the company. Every company depends on sell. In the sales five seps is important 1. 2. 3. 4. Asses: where to put people for maximum results, Design: the fundamental dynamics of selling simply dont change. Deliver: working with you to uncover unique objective and to understand organization. That time Mr. Yadav told to me I will talk to you later. After a week I called to Mr. Yadav and fix a meeting regarding RSM JOBS Website. In that Meeting Mr. Yadav told to me I am interested in creating a website of RSM JOBS. After that he told me His needs and told to what is the approximate cost of wed site according to his need. Then I calculated the cost of website according to his need and as per company norms. After analyzing the cost of website he asked to what time will taken by you and your company for creating this website. Then I told to him your work is that and we will take aprox 2 Month for designing and developing this website. Then after I started the collecting of data regarding RSM JOBS. And the after I produced all requirement of RSM JOBS and collected data from RSM JOBS to our Designer and Developer. Our company take a project with the help of newspaper, hoarding & meeting with client. Father infotech give a advertisement from the newspaper but we have no more profit in the comparison of hoarding and meeting. Meeting with client is very profitable because we can easy to understand from the help of proposal.

SUMMARY
After completing my work of analyzing and creating client for Web Designing, Web Development and Software Development of FATHER INFOTECH. I want to recommend some important facts about its client. 1. Company should come some good and effective plans to make the client satisfied. 2. Company should move towards the good client relations so company should plan for the customer relationship management. 3. FATHER INFOTECH is having good range of its product that is why they are challenging the competitors so make it large. 4. Majority of respondent complain about the after sales services like billing and hosting in the domain so the quality of after sales services should be improved. 5. Customer care services are very good. 6. FATHER INFOTECH should make such strategies which suits the companys name and brand. FATHER INFOTECH is beginner to a good brand name

CONCLUSIONS
FATHER INFOTECH PVT. LTD is a very good brand name and I am very thankful to the FATHER INFOTECH People good to help me in completing my project in FATHER INFOTECH. FATHER INFOTECH provides me the good opportunities to make my skills stronger in marketing and brand promotion. I am very thankful to my guide Mr. Rohit Kumar for giving me his useful guidelines and important time. While doing this project I have talked with many people and came to know about the market and I learnt that how the companies works and what they have to do for retaining their position in the market. FATHER INFOTECH has trained me to face the challenges whatever in the market.

LEARNING FROM SIP


Doing a project in FATHER INFOTECH in Delhi city, was a great opportunities to practically understand and experiencing the marketing field. I express my deep sense of gratitude to FATHER INFOTECH for giving me this opportunity and for providing platform to undergo training, and get the valuable knowledge of IT INDUSTRY As FATHER INFOTECH is a IT INDUSTRY the project was totally a marketing project hence it helped me to practically understand the IT INDUSTRY. The company also helps me to understand every step of their competitors in the market. The company helped to understand various schemes. The company also helped me to understanding how to book domain. During the survey it is observed that what he real problem faced by the client are. Meeting different people in various segment, interviewing with corporate and actual users helped me to learn the basics of IT INDUSTRY During the marketing, I came to know the real competition between the major players of IT INDUSTRY. It helped me to understand the future of IT INDUSTRY with its opportunities and threats.
