This space is a retail design for a concept store for a company named Bondolino. The concept of this store is based off of the day in the life of a parent and a child. The day in the life of a mother tends to go in somewhat of a circular motion of repetition. One will feed their child, play, bathe, and put them to bed. So this store provides products that can help with each of those activities. In this design we were given space of over 4,000 sq. feet. We were allowed to pick half of the space for our floor plan. I chose the space that allowed windows to be on both sides of the space to optimize the most natural light as possible. This company sold baby wraps and carriers, natural foods, natural soaps, and blankets for babies.

This space was developed to be a Switzerland Consulate that is located in Chicago, IL. This space includes a reception, lecture hall, council general office, library, lunch room, main work area, food prep, exhibit, and a residence. In this design we were given space of 12,000 sq. feet. The site is located at 104 S. Michigan Ave. Chicago, IL. This was a space that was designed to have the front spaces to be aimed towards the public and as you go further into the space, the areas get to be more inclosed, which was designed to be the more private work areas.

in 2008, I was involved in an architectural contest. The objective was to design a 2,000 sq. ft. prairie style home. My partner and I were prompted to make this home within a certain program. We competed against twelve other teams in our district, and we came out on top. The house was completed in 2009. Location: 511 Russell Ct. Wheeling, IL 60090

Detail View of Pod

Motorola Headquarters needed some renovation done to their Innovation Center.

Detail View of Pod

Motorola needed more space in their innovation center to have lecture/event areas. In the old design there were these pods or display areas that were taking up a large amount of square feet. I was in charge of producing renderings and drawings of a few different ideas/styles for what the contractor was looking for.
