Hospital: DR. PAULINO J. GARCIA MEMORIAL RESEARCH AND MEDICAL CENTER Area: Intensive Care Unit Students: Level IV Time Allotment: Two Weeks (32 Hours)

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: At the end of 32 hours of clinical exposure in the Intensive Care Unit, the students will acquire Knowledge, Skills and Attitude in rendering quality nursing care to critically ill patient with utmost application of the Nursing Process thereby acquiring competency.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES For the students to: 1. Become oriented and familiarized with the units; Personnel, Physical Set-up and location of the machines, equipments and supplies as well as the Protocols and Policies.
