What is Organic?
Organic food refers to food items that are produced, processed and packaged without using chemicals. Like Fertilizers, Pestic ides, Preservatives etc.

Organic
Health Concerns: People typically choose organic vegetables for the major advantage of there being no residues from pesticides or herbicides. Also, even processed organic foods such as frozen dinners have no preservatives or artificial additives. Poison-free: A major benefit to consumers of organic food is that it is free of contamination with health harming chemicals such as pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. Better Taste: The fresher the vegetable, the better it tastes, so picking a vegetable from the farm and using it immediately let's you experience the best possible flavour. Cooking with such vegetables will impart that higher quality to the dishes you serve. Agricultural Effects: Non-organic farming uses a great deal of nitrogenous fertilizer and phosphate, which tends to wash off into waterways, causing unwanted algae overgrowth that can be detrimental to fish, and a nuisance to swimmers and canoeists. Environment safety: As harmful chemicals are not used in organic farming, there is minimal soil, air and water pollution; thus ensuring a safe world for future generations to live in. Organic farmers face strict regulations and usually grow food in smaller quantities than nonorganic farmers do, and these factors contribute to higher costs. Time and Skill: Growing organic vegetables in the farms takes more skill, patience and time, which is a disadvantage for farmers and people. Time and Skill: Growing organic vegetables in the farms takes less skill, less patience and less time, which is an advantage for farmers. It's easier to spray pesticides and herbicides. Regular Crop: Growth and production amount is less Irregular and uncertain compeer to organic farming. Pesticides & Herbicides: The pesticides and herbicides currently being used on many nonorganic crops are exceptionally toxic to humans and can build up in the human body contributing significantly to disease.
