DESCRIPTION:Wiring Harness in the assembly of wires for automobiles. It is comprised of electrical Circuit made of low voltage wires by cutting them into required length and assembly them to make wiring harness. It as provided with connectors and accessory components for quick coupling with electrical apparatus on the automobile. An automobile wiring harness has to distribute power from battery to devices located all over the car. It consists of many different circuits.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Worked for a project name (Verna, sonata) based on designing and new project development. 2. Process details preparation like Bill of Materials, Actual part list (APL), Joint Diagram, Sub Assy Drawing, and Visual Drawing. 3. Designing the Final Assembly board by Using AutoCAD. 4. To raise the Modification & Implementation Notice. 5. Interaction with core team like Materials, Proto shops, Testing etc for material procurement, prototyping and Validation. 6. Coordinating with PED for programming and make it available for circuit passing the wiring harness. 7. Implementing the counter measure of field problems of significant & critical characteristics. 8. Attending CFT meeting weekly to have smooth flow of the project. 9. Study and analyzing the customer (HYUNDAI) Drawing and routing the path of Wiring Harness. 10. Selection of materials for wiring harness. 11. Preparing sample harness to analyzing and measuring the trial fitment for the customer end. 12. Solving fitment problem at the customer end.
