    Location: Vidalia, Louisiana Situation:
    The worlds largest pre-fabricated power plant, located on the Mississippi River, experienced failures with a cooling water system for turbine seals. The black steel pipes are encased in concrete throughout the facility, so a traditional repipe would be impossible.

    Solution:

    Nu Flows in-place technology was the perfect solution. Once the cooling water pipe system was cleaned of sludge, MIC and rust, Nu Line was applied throughout the pipes. This barrier coating, which prevent future pipe failures, was installed without causing destruction or disrupting operations.
