AWC|WEST REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS
2005 to 2009

Totaling more than 9 million square feet and nearly $5 billion of
construction, these 28 selected projects constitute a little less
than a third of the total number of projects for which we
prepared specifications between early 2005 and late 2009. They
typify the clients and the project types, scale and complexity for
which we regularly drafted specifications during that period.

In the pages that follow, the selected works are categorized
according to one of nine basic project types and arranged

beginning with the smallest of types and ending with the most

grand. Each project type is identified by a different background
color according to the following legend:

Interiors projects: Sky blue
Multifamily residential projects: Red
Healthcare projects: Green
Laboratory projects: Deep blue
K‐12 school projects: Yellow
College and university projects: Brown

Civic projects: Purple

Commercial projects: Forest green
Tall building projects: Orange
