PROJECTS

Design Project, Fall 2011 Applications used: AUTODESK INVENTOR, AUTOCAD, MATLAB Designed the control system of a spider inspired robot, and simulated its movement on multiple terrains. Senior Project: Computational Analysis of secondary flows in compressor cascades, Fall 2009 Applications used: FLUENT, GAMBIT Investigated the Secondary Flow effect in a compressor cascade by simulating the actual flow scenario. Simulated secondary flows in the compressor section using viscous solvers in FLUENT Calculated the profile and secondary flow losses in the compressor section Member of College team to the FORMULA STUDENT organized by SAE (Silverstone, UK, July, 2008) Applications used: Solidworks/ COSMOS works, WINGEO-3 Designed and optimized the suspension using WINGEO-3package Manufactured the suspension components after making Solid models and performing FEA. Adjudged third in the Design event.
