World Wide we PRAY for the Church of the Province of Today, we remember in our prayers: Michaela, Amanda, West Africa, The Most Rev. Dr. Justice Akrofi, Archbishop. David, Linda, Jocelyn, Nancy, Sydney, Hillary, Jean, Tim, Here at Home we pray for the Childrens Ministry, David, Sarah, Dale; Toni; Ed & Mae; Helen & Dave; Vera; Hospitality Ministries, Project 2015 & the Steering Vic & Susan; Jill; Kate, and all those known to the Lord Committee, and Youth Ministry. alone. Specifically at Home we pray for Michele Clapp, Shelby & Ione Cech, Darryl & Jennifer Kaluzniak. Flowers on the altar this morning are given to the Glory of God. Pie Making: Next pie making date is Oct 13 Please sign up if you can help on any of the dates. Due to hail damage many apples have been lost so we are looking for apples. If you have some that survived the hail please let us know. Thanks to all that have helped to pick, pit, bake and cleanup , without your assistance this would not be possible. We look forward to seeing even more at the next work bees. Break Forth Canada: January 25-27 at Shaw Conference Center Please join many of our staff and parishioners as we gather for a weekend of fellowship, fun and spiritual growth in many areas of personal renewal and ministry training. This weekend has always been a highlight of the year ! Registrations required preferably by Thanksgiving Sunday, October 7th (but absolute deadline is Oct. 14th). Art Classes: Art Classes will be held in the lower hall @ 7:00 pm on Thursday evenings starting Oct. 4th and going to Nov. 29, 2012. No past painting experience needed. The cost is $28/class canvas and art supplies are provided. Everyone is welcome.

Photography Course Rick Erlendson, writer/photographer/photojournalist/teacher, will be offering a wonderful course on photography here in Sherwood Park, Nov. 3-4, 2012. To register, go to www.photocourse.biz. West Edmonton Mall Water Park Tickets available for $7. Valid for Friday, Jan. 18th, 7:30 10:00 p.m. Proceeds support the Candora Society of Edmonton. See David Holehouse to purchase your tickets. Ladies Potpourri Please mark this date on your calendar (Nov. 29th) and join us, if youre able. We are a group of ladies who put on a program once a month (more or less.) We will have our Charity Christmas Dinner on Nov. 29th. More details soon.

Wonder: Wednesday evening Wonder will return October 10 - November 28. Join us at 7:00 p.m. as we wonder about God and grow together in our faith journeys. We will have coffee and dessert as we listen to guest speakers who will share with us and encourage discussion. All welcome !
