BACKGROUND
PBDS Consulting Services is an organisation with 100 % female ownership based in the Eastern Cape. PBDS has a substantial network of associate service providers with which they work that allow it to provide a comprehensive service with a wide range of skills, particularly in the national, provincial and local government capacity building environment. We are presently in the process of accreditation with the Services SETA. We expect this process to be finalised shortly.

HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPEMNT

With the dramatic changes to Local Government in recent months, PBDS Consulting Services is offering a number of services to Municipalities to assist with the transitional process. Through our previous organisation ITO Focus Buffalo City (of which Donald Hjul was a co-member), we have been working on the various Public and Private sector support programmes over a number of years and have in depth and up to date knowledge of the changing socio-economic environment, new legislative frameworks, compliance and strategic direction alignment. From our wide range of experience in both the public and private sector, we have gained insight into skills development needs at all levels and offer a substantial number of short courses. In addition, we customise our training where needed and are able to compile specifically targeted skills programmes suited to exacting requirements and outcomes.
