Garden Bicycle Plant Holder
This charming bicycle sculpture is outstanding decoration piece for any type of garden. Its classic elegance will not only draw attention to all of the guests and neighbors, but it will also be a great peaceful object to look at and rest your mind. On its beautiful metal body has four baskets in the back, one in the midlle and one on the seat. With a good sellection of the plants, it will bring delight to you for a many, many seasons. Make the parts by following the given documentation and weld them together. Grind the welded beads to look smooth. Paint the whole structure with the basic preserving color and when it dries out, daub it two times with color for metal. The recommended color is black, because black color gives the impression of a wrought iron to the whole structure and it adjusts well to almost any exterior or interior. The measurements within this text and 2D documentation are given both in millimeters and inches (in brackets). Use various tools and clamps in process of welding, so you could weld the parts together with accuracy.

Assemblage instructions
1. Form the wheel by welding the Flat Bar 25x2mm Wheel (Part 1), Flat Bar 20x2mm Spiral Spoke (Parts 2) and Hub (Part 2) together.

2. You will need two of these subassemblies.
3. Bend the Round Bars D6mm Mudguard (Part 23) around the Front Mudguard (Part 22) side edges. Weld the Round Bars D6mm Mudguard (Part 23) and the Front Mudguard (Part 22) together. Then on this subassembly weld the Mudguard Balls (Part 24).

4. Form the subassembly following 2D documentation out of the parts: Tube D19 x 2,6mm Head Tube (Part 4), Tube D19 x 2,6mm Down Tube (Part 6), Tube D19 x 2,6mm Wheel Tube (Part 7), Tube D19 x 2,6mm Seat Tube (Part 8) and Tube D19 x 2,6mm Top Tube (Part 9). Fasten it with the vise and weld it.

5. Weld the Flat Bars 20 x 3mm Front Fork (part 25) to the subassembly from the previus step following the 2D documentation.

6. Join together the subassembly from the previous and second step and the Round Bar D6mm Front Mudguard Stay (part 3) by using Axle (part 21), Washers 12mm (part 40), Lock Washers 12mm (part 41) and Hub Balls (Part 42).

7. Weld the subassembly from step 3 to the subassembly made in the previous step following 2D documentation.

8. Weld the Flat Bar 22 x 2mm Leg (Part 10), Flat Bar 22 x 2mm Leg circle (Part 11), Round Bar D8mm Leg Slat (Part 12) and the Leg Plates (Part 29) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

9. Join together the subassembly from step 2, subassembly made in previous step, the Flat Bar 20x3mm Back Fork 1 (Part 26) and Flat Bar 20x3mm Back Fork 2 (Part 30) by using Axle (part 21), Washers 12mm (part 40), Lock Washers 12mm (part 41) and the Hub Balls (Part 42).

10. Weld the Back Mudguard (Part 27) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

11. Following the 2D documentation weld together Round Bar D6mm - Carrier (Part 17), Round Bar D4mm - Carrier Slats (Part 18) and Round Bar D4mm Carrier Plant Holder (Part 32).
