The TNT Travel Show, presented by TNT Magazine will take place on October 27 at The Business Design Centre, Islington close to the heart of London

After the outstanding success of the 2011 show, which experienced a 16% increase in visitor numbers, 2012 is sure to be bigger and better as the demand for travel grows. This will again be Londons only free travel show (for pre-registered visitors) during the winter months and will be dedicated to not only sun, snow, Christmas and all independent/adventure travel options during the winter months but it will also provide the first opportunity for visitors to see operators showcase their trips and tours for the 2013 season. The show will cater for those wanting to escape the cold weather and find somewhere hot and anyone who is looking at making the most of the long Christmas break. It will also give them information and access to start planning their travel in 2013 so all tour operators/travel agents should attend to make sure they engage with this travel hungry audience. The two things we know about the attendees are that they love to travel and they certainly love to travel over the christmas period.

Terms and conditions TNT Travel show october 27th 2012 The business Design centre, Islington By signing the booking form, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of TNT Multimedia. A copy of this can be provided to you by your sales representative on request. This is the full licence agreement and must be completed and returned with a 50 per cent deposit within 30 days. Stand confirmation The stand booking is not confirmed until final payment is received TNT Multimedia reserves the right to cancel this booking at any time, in particular if fees are not paid by the dates listed above. TNT Multimedia will charge for any extra electrical fittings, tables, or equipment required over and above that which is quoted in the TNT Travel Show sales brochure. Cancellation / refunds Cancellation 10 weeks prior to the event will result in a 50 per cent refund of monies paid any agreed refund is not applicable to the 50 per cent deposit required when signing the contract. Cancellation after this time will result in no refund and the full amount will be taken. One client per stand regulation Your exhibition stand was sold purely on the basis to be occupied or used by one client. No sharing or brokering is permitted without prior agreement with TNT. Failure to comply with these rules could result in eviction of the show with no refund. Stand Management Based on the floor plan and agreed size of your allotted stand, you adhere to the health and safety requirements of the organiser and venue. No encroaching by way of furniture or staff on to the walkways will be allowed and failure to comply with these rules could result in eviction of the show with no refund. Venue / date TNT reserves the right to change the venue and date subject to alteration in the venues terms and conditions. Patents / copyright By entering into an agreement to attend this exhibition, you warrant to 2012 TNT Travel Show that all designs and artwork on or relating to your stand and any items displayed on your stand shall not infringe any trade, copyright, patents or other intellectual property right of any third party in any way. In the event that the 2012 TNT Travel Show is under any legal obligation (whether by virtue of court injunction, order or judgement, or a recommendation or decision of a Trading Standards Officer or otherwise) to remove your stand or any item/items on or around your stand then the 2012 TNT Travel Show reserves the right to have such items removed or to close your stand at the exhibition. No compensation or damages will be payable as a result of such removal or closure by the 2012 TNT Travel Show.
