SUNDECOP extiende plazo previsto en Providencia N 190 sobre suministro de informacin relativa a alimentos, productos de higiene del hogar

En la Gaceta Oficial N 40.027 de fecha 11 de octubre de 2012, fue publicada la Providencia N 195 de fecha 9/10/2012, emanada de la Superintendencia Nacional de Costos y Precios, mediante la cual se extiende por 30 das continuos, computados desde el da 20 de octubre de 2012, el lapso establecido en el prrafo primero de la Providencia Administrativa N 190 de fecha 29/8/2012, dictada igualmente por dicha Superintendencia. Dicha extensin tiene por objeto que los sujetos de aplicacin del Decreto con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley de Costos y Precios Justos que produzcan, importen, distribuyan, y/o comercialicen cualquiera de los productos regulados mediante la Providencia Administrativa N 059 de fecha 28/3/2012, publicada en la Gaceta Oficial N 39.894 de fecha 29/3/2012 (por medio de la cual se fijaron los Precios Mximos de Venta de alimentos, productos de higiene del hogar y el aseo personal all indicados), notifiquen a la Superintendencia Nacional de Costos y Precios (SUNDECOP) la informacin contable referida a los costos de produccin, importacin, distribucin y/o comercializacin, correspondientes al cierre del ltimo perodo fiscal del ao 2011 y del primer semestre del perodo fiscal del ao 2012. Los sujetos obligados por el mencionado Decreto que incumplan con la obligacin de inscripcin y notificacin de los respectivos costos de produccin, importacin, distribucin y/o comercializacin, a travs del Sistema Automatizado de Administracin de Precios (SISAP), sern sancionados de conformidad a las previsiones del Decreto. SUNDECOP issues extension to the term set forth in Order No.190 to supply information on food, home cleaning and personal products
Order No.195 of 10/9/2012, issued by the Office of the National Superintendent of Costs and Prices, was published in Official Gazette No.40,027 of October 11, 2012. The Order extends for 30 calendar days - from October 20, 2012 - the term provided in the first paragraph of Administrative Order No.190 of 08/29/2012, issued by same Agency. Such extension establishes that individuals and corporations subject to the application of the Decree with Rank, Value and Force of Law of Fair Costs and Prices, producing, importing, distributing and/or selling any of the products regulated by Administrative Order No.059 of 3/28/2012, published in Official Gazette No.39,894 of 3/29/2012 (through which the maximum retail prices of food, home cleaning and personal care products were fixed) must report to the Office of the National Superintendent of Costs and Prices (SUNDECOP), the accounting information referred to the production, import, distribution and/or sale costs corresponding to the closing of the last fiscal period of the year 2011 and the first half of the fiscal period of the year 2012. Individuals and corporations subject to such Decree Law, who fail to comply with the obligation of registering and reporting the corresponding production, import, distribution and/or sale costs through the Automated System for Price Administration (SISAP), shall be penalized in conformity with the provisions established in such Decree Law.
