Peop"e "ike me know the honeymoon of rupture! &t is a""
too short and soon you dec"ine into that morass of
disi""usion and depression, which was a"" & knew of
marriage! <owe#er, when you carefu""y se"ect based on
se#era" princip"es and ha#ing know"edge of the physio"ogy
of se=, your brida" honeymoon shou"d b"ossom into the

Chapter 1
3arriage in Christian ci#i"isations is often a fai"ure! :n that
point there can be no manner of doubt! &t can be the gate of
an earthy 7den, but it is, in fact, often a he"" of torment!
Then shou"d we abo"ish marriage>
3any #oices ha#e c"amoured for its destruction, but
they ha#e not shown a more e=ce""ent way! 3arriage is a
scared institution! &t is &$D&)P7$)A'(7 to the socia"
order and A'):(?T7(Y necessary to the interests of
chi"dren!
&t offers the on"y 0e#en though re"ati#e1 security to the
woman;s "o#e of "o#e, and of gi#ing in "o#e! /or a"" these
reasons, and a"so the permanence of monogamous "o#e
unions, marriage needs to be in "ine with the se=ua"
e#o"ution of two indi#idua"s!
3uch is suffered in and through marriage! <owe#er,
without marriage, humanity wou"d ha#e to suffer much
more! The four cornerstones of the temp"e of "o#e and
happiness in marriage are@
11 A right choice of marriage partner
.1 A good physio"ogica" attitude of the partners, both
to the wor"d in genera" and to each other
,1 A so"ution to the prob"em of parentage which meets
the wishes of both partners
*1 A #igorous and harmonious se= "ife
3arriage is at once a concession and a demand! &f it is
to thri#e there must be a constant for the other partner! &ts
greatest peri" is boredom A "one"iness of mind and heart A in
which case the woman genera""y suffers more acute"y that
her partner! The man who condemns his wife in such a
condition causes much more pain and inBury than tyranny
and #io"ent bruta"ity!
The "ink between husband and wife is reinforced,
especia""y, when it is possib"e for her to stand shou"der to
shou"der with him in his "ife work, and to be an efficient
he"per mate! Perhaps this is the reason why we find such
comparati#e"y happy marriages among sma"" trades peop"eC
where the woman often he"ps by ser#ing in the shop or
among artisans where she often 9"ends a hand with the Bob;!
9A man shou"d make it his business to "et his wife
participate in his work, shou"d take an interest in her
difficu"ties, shou"d guide her acti#ities, reassure her
timidities and doubts!;
)e= is the foundation of marriage! Yet most married
peop"e do not know the A'Cs of se=! The a#erage husband
does not e#en know that his wife;s se=ua" sensations
de#e"op and cu"minate to a s"ower rhythm than his own! <e
does not know at a"" that he must awaken her with de"icate
consideration and adaptation! <e cannot understand why the
<indu women, used to the se=ua" assiduity and ski"" of their
own man, mock the c"umsy 7uropeans as 9#i""age cocks;!
/rom the woman;s point of #iew 9A man must be good
in bed, ha#e money, he does not necessari"y ha#e to be good
"ooking! <is occasiona" drinking is a"so acceptab"e! <e must
know how to make "o#e;! And if erotic genius does not
characterise him, the man needs e=p"icit know"edge if he is
capab"e of inspiring such desire and imparting such Boy! The
ensuing chapters may be of he"p to him here!
Chapter 2
The Look of Love
)he;s smi"ing at you so she must "ike you, right> $ot
necessari"y! )o what the he"" is she thinking> <o"d on guys!
You;re about to enter into the comp"e= "abyrinth that is the
fema"e mind!
Desearch from the ?ni#ersity of Phi"ade"phia has shown
that within seconds of meeting a guy, most women can te""
whether they "ike him and Budge their potentia"
compatibi"ity! 3ost of their decision is based on
information they gather within the first three seconds of
their meeting! 3eaning, once you catch a g"impse of the
woman you;re interested in, you "itera""y ha#e on"y seconds
to make some sort of mo#e!
The Eye Lock
This is that first 5uick g"ance she gets from you that
registers in her brain@ 9<e "ikes what he sees;! 7nough
cannot be said about how important it is to get it right!
)tand up ta"", puff up your chest a "itt"e, and fee" good about
yourse"f as you "ook o#er her way! Eeep your ga%e strong
but re"a=ed, and try to a#oid anything that gi#es off the
appearance of creepiness or arrogance! Eeep your eyes on
her and on"y her! 3ake her fee" "ike she;s the most beautifu"
thing you;#e e#er seen! Deep down, a"" women "o#e the
fantasy of "o#e at first sight! /eed it for a moment, e#en if
it;s Bust going to be "ust!
Initial Contact
The way you introduce yourse"f is essentia" for making a
good first impression! After your initia" meeting, offer your
hand for a so"id shake! 8o for something firmer than your
deadFfish handshake, but gent"er! Touch sets off a
tremendous unconscious physica" reaction in a woman, so
it;s important that it be appropriate and sensua"! :ften, with
friends, shaking hands wi"" seem too forma"! &nstead, tip
your head s"ight"y and go for a smi"e that says, 9You can
approach me, &;m interested in you;! 6hate#er you do,
don;t "ean in for an air kiss if she doesn;t first!
Sweet Talk
&t may seem counterintuiti#e to pu"" off especia""y if you;re
an outgoing guy, but once you;#e gone past the
introduction, it;s time to shut up! Desist the urge to interrupt
her when she;s ta"king or te""ing a story! 3ost dayFtoFday
con#ersations in#o"#e a good amount of back and forth
banter, but that;s e=act"y what you don;t want when it
comes to your first time getting to know someone! &nstead,
"isten to whate#er she has to say, and ask 5uestions that wi""
draw her out more and make her fee" that you;re rea""y
interested in what she;s saying! After a"", that is what this is
about@ her, her and <7DG )he is fascinating, you are star
struck A or at "east that;s the impression you want her to
ha#e! (augh at her Bokes! Comment on how funny, witty,
origina" and pretty you think she is! 3ake her think she is
the se=iest woman a"i#e!
Steering the Conversation
As she;s ta"king, keep these three ru"es in mind@
1! /ind common bonds
.! )tay humb"e
,! 'e kind
Courtesy and manners often rank higher on the sca"e of
what women want than good "ooks and charm! Yes, we sti""
want a set of we""Ftoned bones at the end of the day, but a
few p"eases and thank yous a"ong the way are Bust going to
make se= that much better in the end!
Cruise Control
You;#e caught her attention, didn;t get shot down with your
pickFup "ine, and ha#e carried on a con#ersation with her for
at "east fi#e minutes! &f you;#e gotten to this point, things
"ook good! A"" you ha#e to do now is not mess up! That
means not making the wrong mo#e or sticking your foot in
your mouth! )o, no g"ancing at her friend;s c"ea#age, not
ta"k of po"itics or women;s issues A in fact, no discussion of
anything contro#ersia" at a""! At this point you shou"d a"so
start "ooking for signs that she wants to take things further!
Perhaps she;s "etting you work her away from a group of
friends at the bar! :r she;s "etting you brush your knee
a"ong hers without mo#ing it away! Things "ike that are not
accidents! 6omen are a"ways keen"y aware of where their
friends are positioned in the room, and e=act"y where your
body is in re"ation to theirs!
Postscript
6here things start to go from here is up to you! 6hate#er
your goa"s are for the e#ening A stea"ing some kisses or Bust
asking for digits A if she;s stayed with you for this "ong,
you;re in the running tough guy, so don;t b"ow itG
Love and appiness
(ife is dominated by the urge of se"fFpreser#ation and by
the se=ua" urge! &n a woman the "onging to maternity, the
9cry for the chi"d;, can be obser#ed in most women! The
de#e"opment in men is difference! The idea" figure of the
be"o#ed 0man or woman1 is mode""ed by the thought of
imagination, as we"" as the meeting with the idea" in human
form, breathing, #isib"e, tangib"e, f"esh and b"ood! A first
shy and sto"en meeting A a word, a "ook, gi#en and returned
A the immorta" f"ame shoots upward! (o#e is born with a
sense of indescribab"e e=a"tation and Boy! And the impu"se
of approach sub"imated into "o#e, now unfo"ds itse"f more
and more frank"y and fu""y! &t thri#es and puts forth "ea#es
and buds and genera""y the "o#ers attain fu"" union and
communion! &n that moment when youth of mind are
fu"fi""ed in and by one another, the impu"se to approach and
the desire for consummation find each other and merge into
a new integrated emotion! (o#e has come of age, and is in
f"ower now! $ow, and now on"y, can it b"oom a"" right!
(o#e, which has unfo"ded both its highest potentia"ities
of Boy and of dignity and mora" #a"ue through marriage, can
permanent"y b"ess both partners! &t can do so, but how often
do the faintest fee"ings fade, the most so"emn intentions
subside> 9The spirit is wi""ing but the f"esh is weak and
sometimes e#en the spirit does not remain wi""ing for "ong!;
&ncompatibi"ity of temperament and out"ook may add up
to a "ong "ist of dangers, difficu"ties and disasters, but the
resu"t can on"y be appreciated by those who e=perience this
themse"#es!
/or the fundamenta" difficu"ty is this@ that as soon as
se=ua" attraction is e=tinguished, se=ua" repu"sion and
enmity manifests itse"f! /or there is such a thing as enmity
and repu"sion between the se=es, at "east, among human
beings! &t can become systematic hosti"ity and intense
hatred! &n marriage it is a perpetua" menace, especia""y
because in its ear"ier stage at "east it so se"dom reaches the
fu"" consciousness and re#ea"s its true nature! &n this
perpetua" combat between se=ua" attraction and e5ua""y
instincti#e se=ua" repu"sion there are on"y two ways of
preser#ing the happiness and permanence of the union! The
finest and strongest a"truistic emotion, first and foremost,
and then the prompt and constant enhancement of the
attracti#e factors, so that antipathy remains dormant and has
no opportunity to de#e"op!

s"ight"y more weight than positi#e information and a
negati#e first impression is s"ight"y more difficu"t to change
than a positi#e one!
/ashions in fema"e beauty come and go, but the
desirabi"ity of a s"im waist remains a constant! Dosebud "ips
and mi"k comp"e=ions ha#e had their days as idea"s of
beauty, whi"e the high cheekbones pri%ed in women today
were considered ug"y in the Hictorian era!
P"umpness was a sought after attribute in the 17th and
18th centuries, but the s"immer figure has since come to
fore! Discernib"e waists, howe#er, are the one feature of the
fema"e form that has a"ways been in demand! 6aist"ines,
they said, were an easi"y recognised sign of ferti"ity and
hea"th, and men e#o"#ed to associate narrowness with
desirabi"ity!
'reasts
A man is particu"ar"y attracted by a woman;s fu"" and fine"y

powerfu" bui"d!
'reasts throughout time ha#e been regarded as the
feature most connected with romance, or perhaps eroticism,
but there was a "ack of unanimity about what shape they
shou"d take! )ome said sma"", others said big, whi"e most
defined them best as rounded!
"ipples
The se=ua" sensibi"ity of the mammary g"ands, especia""y
the nipp"es, is of particu"ar intensity and importance! 8ent"e
kneading, rubbing and s5uee%ing of these g"ands with the
pa"m of the hand is sufficient in most women to arouse
se=ua" e=citement! &f the nipp"e is further stimu"ated, either
by manipu"ation with the fingers, or e#en more with suction
by the "ips and tongue, it causes the who"e breasts to swe""!

Sexual Intercourse
Comp"ete se=ua" intercourse comprises the touching and
kissing, the "o#e p"ay, the se=ua" union and the after p"ay!
At the conc"usion of se=ua" union or intercourse begins the
afterg"ow, which may be comp"ete"y neg"ected by coup"es
who do not tru"y understand or fee" "o#e for one another! &n
such cases ha#ing attained satisfaction, both man and
woman turn away from each other, if on"y for a time! 6hen
a"i#e in both intense"y passionate such that after p"ay
becomes a #ery important part of se=ua" "ife! The most
important instrument used to begin se=ua" intercourse is
con#ersation, or the e=change of impressions and ideas
usua""y fo""owed by an erotic kiss! The greatest penetration
in kissing comes from the tongue, which is indispensab"e in
erotic kisses! &t is most capti#ating when the tip of the
tongue #ery "ight"y and gent"y titi""ates the be"o#ed;s tongue
and "ips! )uch kisses can further mo#e on to mouth and
breast and especia""y erogenous areas, from forehead and
temp"e downwards! :#er the cheeks and throatC from
fingertips a"ong the pa"m and armsC from the ank"es up to
the thighs steadi"y increasing as the genita" organs are
approached! The breasts are erotica""y and conspicuous"y
attracti#e! The mere touch to this portion of a woman;s
body increases desire! 6omen desire their breasts to be
admired and fond"ed! 6hen the "o#ers ha#e not become
5uite accustomed and attuned to one another a considerab"e
amount of time shou"d be gi#en to kisses, touches and
s5uee%es to breasts and nipp"es! This shou"d be done before
genita"s are touched! &t can resu"t in a fai"ure of erection if
you try to rush to intercourse!
/or satisfying intercourse, stroking and c"asping of the
accessory organs is necessary, the hand shou"d "ight"y and
timid"y brush the abdomen, the inner thighs and the hips!
:n"y by cautious approach push the penis into the #agina!
At this point begins the stage in the "o#e drama known
as "oca" stimu"ation! The charm of reciprocity is important!
A satisfying intercourse shou"d be "ike a piston mo#ing
backward and forward with an e5ua" effort on the part of the
wife! The man shou"d ha#e "ightning response to her cries!
&n genera" women re5uire "onger time and a wider range
of stimu"i than men do, in order to attain cu"mination of
p"easure or orgasm! Pro"onged stimu"ation during the
intercourse cyc"e can resu"t in orgasm for the woman and
eBacu"ation of semina" f"uid at the height of p"easure!
+enital Sti$ulation or +enital ,iss
3uch marita" unhappiness is attributed to the apparent
se=ua" frigidity of the wife! This cou"d be a#oided or
pre#ented by genita" stimu"ation or a genita" kiss! 8enita"
kiss is considered ug"y for the coup"e who ha#e ne#er tried
before! 8enita" kissing, with up and down motion of the "ips
inside the #agina 0"ike "icking1 arouses immense p"easure as
a resu"t of natura" moisture in the #agina and by the sa"i#ary
g"ands! &t is said that e#en the most frigid woman who has
ne#er had se=ua" intercourse becomes #ery acti#e in this
kind of union! 8enita" kissing and "icking the c"itoris and
the woman ho"ding the penis sucking into her mouth with
up and down motion is "ike getting a rocket ready to be
fired! )omeone has compared the #agina of a woman to a
furnace where biscuits and bread are baked! You cannot Bust
put your biscuits into the furnace whene#er you p"ease!
Your furnace needs to be at the perfect fiery temperature for
your biscuits to rise!
& continue to stress the use of genita" kissing and "icking
to ha#e the best orgasm resu"t! This type of stimu"ation has
