1. Responsible for OFC execution across intercity across pan India. 2.

Responsible for delivery of NLD routes within the planned timelines, specified quality and optimized capex. 3. Responsible for creating NLD network including route sites and major POP locations apart from OFC execution, for enhanced coverage of intercity routes with quality thus leading to customer delight. 4. Responsible for contributing efficiently to the growth of organizational revenue from the NLD segment. 5. Liasoning and ROW management at Senior most level with Government (Both State & Central) authorities like Forest, NHAI, Defence, BRO, Railways, Oil and Gas Ministry, PWD etc to ensure ROW permissions to deliver the project within timelines. 6. Responsible for developing Project plan for NLD routes with clearly defined targets for all individual routes and adherence to the same. 7. Co-ordination with OFC vendors to ensure timely payment and processing of bank guarantees. 8. Develop a comprehensive project plan for effective & timely delivery and continuously work on risk mitigation plan and drive teams with proactive resolutions. 9. Developing co-ordination mechanism with various internal stakeholders like SCM, Finance, Planning, Infrastructure, Quality teams etc and conduct regular meetings to avoid gaps and ensure timely completion of project 10. Should play a lead role in right vendor selection along with SCM and ensure timely placement of Purchase orders to selected vendors. "OFC execution in Inter- city network. " 1. Responsible for OFC execution in Inter-city across PAN India. 2. Has to develop Project plan for OSP network with clearly defined targets for all individual routes and adherence to the same. 3. Develop a comprehensive project plan for effective & timely delivery and continuously work on risk mitigation plan and drive teams with proactive resolutions. 4. Define objectively key mile stones and monitor on End-to-End basis to achieve the project with utmost quality & in time. Right of Way (ROW) Management "1. Liasoning and ROW management at Senior most level with Government (Both State & Central) authorities like Forest, NHAI, Defence, BRO, Railways, Oil and Gas Ministry, PWD etc to ensure ROW permissions to deliver the project within timelines. 2. Creating process for ROW / BG processing and ensure the adherence to the same to avoid delay in payments. 3. Co-ordination with OFC vendors to ensure timely payment and processing of bank guarantees." Project Management "1. Responsible for developing Project plan for NLD routes with clearly defined targets for all individual routes and adherence to the same. 2. Defining and monitoring key milestones of NLD project to achieve the project delivery in time. 3. Develop project management process to ensure critical flags being raised by relevant stakeholders at right time to avoid surprises and delays. 4. Developing co-ordination mechanism with various internal stakeholders like SCM, Finance, Planning, Infrastructure, Quality teams etc and conduct regular meetings to avoid gaps and ensure timely completion of project. 5. Ensure material planning in advance to meet the timelines. 6. Define clear targets month on month in accordance to AOP outflow, assure adherence to F&F in line with AOP. 7.Track the project with individual stake holders and highlight in case of delay with respect to project plan. 8. Develop effective tracking mechanisms, Automation of processes & workflow to ensure all projects deliveries within specified timelines. " Vendor Management "1. Should play lead role in right vendor selection along with SCM and ensure timely placement of Purchase orders to selected vendors 2. Developing a vendor governance mechanism for all intercity routes. 3.Conduct periodic governance meetings with vendor to ensure timely resolution all issues.

4.Timely feedback to vendors on their performance and ensure reward and penalty mechanism is implemented 5. Performance grading of the vendors on periodic basis and sharing of same with them for immediate corrections and to SCM for future allocation." Quality process adherence "1. Ensure right processes are defined and inculcated to all team members. 2. Ensure team is constantly trained about quality process, construction specifications and in-built quality check systems are in place to have proactive & on line quality performance monitoring. " Team Management "1. Recruiting and developing team members for NLD routes. Arrange adequate training to members and also to ensure that team members are aligned with organizational objectives. 2.Maintaining level of morale and motivation in team. 3. Identifying training and development needs for each team member and develop training calendar for individual members based on the same. 4. Lead the team for high performance with on time delivery."
