from the Romney campaign has been received. The documents included the summons, complaint

and motion for the immediate disclosure of the defendants records. At this time no return receipt

has been sent by the Obama campaign.

Moreover, a correction to the Certificate of Service should be noted. A courtesy copy of

the previous motions and supporting documents were sent to the Clerk of the Appellate Court.

THOMAS A. LAMB, pro se, duly sworn, deposes and states: 1. 2. I am the Plaintiff in the above captioned case. On the evening of October 22nd, I received a return receipt from the

Romney campaign. The stamped date of receipt is October 18th, 2012. See Exhibit A 3. The Summons, Complaint and the still pending motion for the immediate

disclosure of the Defendants records was sent on October 11th, 2012 with the receipt date of October18th, 2012. 4. Both defendants have been served the summons and complaint at their

known campaign addresss.

I have not as of this filing on October23rd, 2012, received a return receipt

of the motions sent on October 11th, 2012 from the Obama campaign. 6. A correction needs to be noted on the certificate of service. The

documents were sent to the Clerk of the Appellate Court with no name. This being done so the available clerk could sign for the documents.
