ISOPULSE power filters are designed to provide high performance protection for sensitive equipment from the damaging effects of lightning surges, power transients and RF interference. ISOPULSE hardwire series comprises metal oxide varistor (MOV) surge diversion plus an LC low pass filter with MOV ratings chosen to suit the application. These filters are designed to absorb transverse and common mode transients and provide extremely low let-through voltages. ISOPULSE power filters cater for single and three phase applications. Printed circuit boards are used for models up to 125 amps to achieve size and weight reduction and make installation straightforward. ISOPULSE hardwired filters are available in quality IP55 rated enclosures, customised metal casing or mounted on a backplane for wiring directly into the switchboard. Options include larger surge ratings and additional neutral protection for installation on a sub-circuit. Tercels TRIMOV design feature provides thermal overload and overcurrent protection with a visual indication that the filter is functioning properly. ISOPULSE hardwired filters also offer the option of remote monitoring via connection to alarm contacts or RJ11/12 socket.

Installation

Isopulse HW

Hardwire directly into switchboards, distribution boards or at the building power entry point as close as possible to the equipment being protected. The filters are available mounted on a backplane or housed in IP55 enclosures. A detailed set of installation instructions is provided with each unit.
